Pros:

La posizione era strategica per raggiungere le spiagge tra Palau e Santa Teresa di Gallura. Appartamento dotato di condizionatori in ogni stanza, armadi e punti di appoggio. L’appartamento era ventilato per cui la notte si è dormito senza bisogno di condizionatore. Terrazzo panoramico.

Excelente relación calida precio en Gallura, Muy completo
Pros:

La vista desde el apartamento es espectacular, con el mar al frente,y el lugar muy tranquilo, y con muy buen clima para el verano, algo elevadao en las colinas hacia el interior, muy proximo en coche a los principales destinos de la costa de Santa Teresa de Gallura, apenas 10 o 15 minutos tanto a Santa Teresa como a Palau y el archipiélago de la Madalenna. El apartamento está muy completo, muy bien equipado y amplio. Tiene orientación norte, lo que ayuda mucho en los calurosos días de verano. Cosina maravillosa y colaboradora. El pueblo resulta sencillo, pero muy acogedor.

Cons:

Los accesos por carretera, al estar en colinas, se hacen algo pesados,pero son pocos minutos. Hay poca oferta de restauración en las proximidades, por lo que aunque en distancias cortas, siempre tienes que desplazarte en coche.

Tutto semplicemente stupendo, la casa e la Sig.ra Cosina molto gentile e disponibile. A 5 minuti da tutte le spiagge e con una vista imperdibile e un gran bel barbecue sul terrazzino. Top

Muy linda vista hacia el mar

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones no tiene ventana.
Escaso mobiliario (no hay sillas para comer dentro por ejemplo) y ustensiles de cocina.
Parillas de las terrazas vecinas generan fuerte olores.

Pros:

La taille du logement était parfaite pour 5. Le lave-vaisselle et l'accès à une buanderie étaient top. La position de San Pasquale est stratégique pour découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne. Bien sûr, il faut être véhiculé sinon, rien n'est possible. Cosina est très réactive.

Cons:

Le fait de payer en plus la climatisation en fonction de sa consommation. Heureusement nous n'en avons pas eu besoin.

A great stay in San Pasquale
Pros:

We had a great stay at the property. Cosina(the host) was very friendly and responsive. She told us about all the good beaches to visit and gave us the recommendation of a very good restaurant nearby. Our flat had an amazing sea view. It also had free parking and a laundry room.

Cons:

The wifi was unusable.

Pros:

A great quiet place in a cozy mountain town. A wonderful wide horizon opens from the balcony and it is only a 10-minute walk to the highest point, Punta San Pasquale, from where an even wider horizon of the eastern coast opens. Many wonderful places, like Capo dOrso, between Olbia and Santa Teresa are easily accessible by car from San Pasquale.

Comfortable apartment with great views and welcoming host
Pros:

We had the largest apartment with sea view, and it was really comfortable. First off, as a family of five with three adult children, it was really nice to have two bathrooms with showers, especially after a day at the beach. Running both showers at the same time did not give any problems with water pressure or the warm water supply. Secondly, the beds in the apartment were really sturdy and comfortable. Thirdly, there was always enough parking space in de vicinity of the apartment. The best thing about the apartment, however, is the balcony - it is really spacious, offers a grandiose view of the Maddalena islands and Corsica, and is a good place to sit in the afternoon (to often enjoy a light sea breeze and a spot out of the sun). Also, central to all apartments is a room that holds containers to dispose of your garbage and a pair of washing machines and tumble dryers for general use. The manager, Cosina, goes out of her way to make sure you do not lack anything and is a really nice and cheerful person.

Cons:

The kitchen is quite small, especially for a group of five. It has a dishwasher, but there are very few glasses and mugs, so after one round of drinks you need to do the dishes anyway. Normally, the apartment has airconditioning, but unfortunately it was broken when we were there and it seems to be difficult to fix (though to be fair, Cosina informed us of this in advance and placed some fans). In the summer, airconditioning is still very welcome in this apartment as the nights can become quite hot and humid.
