Disappointing
Pros:

Great view but that was about it.

Cons:

The apartment is very dated and lacking basics such as a kettle, toaster and welcome cleaning pack. The shower was dirty, plenty of mold around the tray and a filthy toiletries shelf. General decoration poor, flaking paint, numerous marks on wall. WC & shower leaked. All the kitchen cupboards etc must be at least 30 years old and look it. Rusty fridge as well.

Зручне місце розташування, тераса з вражаючими видами
Pros:

Зручне розташування. Апартаменти розташовані недалеко від порту, кінцевої зупинки автобусів та початку пішохідної вулиці з ресторанами і магазинами. До найближчого пляжу приблизно 7хв. Дуже сподобалася тераса з вражаючою панорамою на море, Арагонський замок, вулкан Везувій. Один з найкрасивіших видів, що ми бачили на острові був з тераси. Кухня з усім необхідним посудом. Привітний персонал, готовий допомогти. Вночі тихо.

Cons:

Складно було виспатися через дуже незручний матрац. Сантехніка потребує ремонту.

Exceptional experience at Posidonia Residence
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Posidonia Residence and thanks to Francesco for his kindness and for all guidance and suggestions for places to visit in Ischia. Our stay was perfect and the residence is fully equipped with a small kitchen allowing us to prepare some delicious dishes while enjoying some days eating out. In addition the balcony view is just wonderful despite the small hill it pays off completely to see the sunrise each morning and the bay 🌅. Thank you for everything!

La struttura è a 2 minuti dal centro di Ischia Porto ma in una zona tranquilla da cui non si sente la confusione dei locali del centro. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e ci ha dato suggerimenti di posti dove andare a mangiare, attività, spiagge. I due monolocali erano confortevoli.

Pros:

Appartamento molto accogliente, confortevole, in zona tranquilla, con vista mare. Molto vicino al centro di Ischia Porto. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dall' attracco traghetti. Staff molto disponibile per ogni necessità.

Pros:

Everything was absolutely exceptional... Staff was very very friendly and all....except, maybe, the fact that you have to walk uphill (there were a few hundred meters which are very steep) to get there from the port.

Just what i said about the location. However, the view was Amazing, so if you are young and in shaow it Is worth It!!!

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Very nice place. Our room was more than nice with two different balcony right outside the room. We had a wonderful view over parts of the island Ischia and the water. Probably one of the best view you can have from a hotel in Ischia. We saw Vesuvius, Capri and some other islands. However, you have to be prepared to walk uphill to get that view as the hotel is up a steep slope. Good service, in form of that we always got a reply to our text message questions. They left nothing unanswered and were very keen to inform us about the checking in procedure and of course they meet us when we came.

The staff were exceptional going above and beyond.
Pros:

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. When my husband became very unwell, the receptionist waited well beyond finishing time for the doctor to arrive and left his mobile number for me to contact him during the night if need be.
The views from the apartment were stunning and it was good that both the balcony and apartment were in shade in the afternoons.

Cons:

The walk from the town was up a very steep hill which is fine when you don't have shopping or are walking in heat (or, indeed, feeling unwell). You definitely, need to be fit and healthy for this hike.
Most of the taxis were people carriers which were too big to go up this winding hill so it could be quite a wait for a small taxi or a tuktuk.
There weren't any cleaning products, including cloths etc so it wasn't easy to keep things clean. Since this was an unserviced apartment, we expected there to be cleaning products available.
