Pros:

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and supportive. Specially during breakfast a lady called Liu Ming Jieg was very polite and kind towards my kids and also the Front desk manager was very helpful.

Misleading "Hilton" name: Health hazard, smoke, and zero English spoken
Cons:

TOXIC SMOKE & FILTH: The "Hilton" name is seriously misleading; this is a 2-star motel at best. The room reeked of stale cigarettes, and curtains were soaked in smoke, causing my wife a severe allergic reaction. Hygiene is zero: we found a previous guest's trash (chocolate wrapper) under the sofa, air vents clogged with thick dust (see photos), and rusted shower floors.

NO SERVICE & NO ENGLISH: Absolutely no one on staff speaks or understands English. Communication was impossible. Management ignored our complaints and even ignored Booking.com support.

BROKEN FACILITIES: The stove exhaust hood was broken. Housekeeping consistently failed to provide toilet paper and coffee. Avoid this place.

Isolated location, terrible view, and broken facilities
Cons:

ISOLATED & TERRIBLE VIEW: The location is very far from everything with little to no services or stores nearby. Instead of a view, our window looked out onto ugly, rusted warehouse rooftops (see photo).

UNBEARABLE NOISE: Soundproofing is non-existent. We heard constant highway traffic, loud maintenance work from the floor above, and daily shouting/drills from the adjacent military school.

CATALOGUE OF FAILURES: Nothing worked. The TV remote was dead, bedside lamps and hairdryer were broken, and key cards malfunctioned daily. We paid premium prices for a noisy, broken room.

前台非常友好，清潔人員也很友善，早餐簡單但是很好吃，交通便利，酒店公寓附近也有很多餐廳，雖然附近有很多學校，但是一點也不吵。
