Un po' lontano parcheggio ma non esageratamente a 500 metri.. E che non c era il bar per la colazione anche se appena si esce dall albergo c è una pasticceria a pochi metri

Molto rilassante.
Pros:

Tutto molto bene, compresa la pulizia e comodissimo alla spiaggia ...basta attraversare la strada. Pronti alla soluzione di eventuali problematiche e richieste. Ottimo il ristorante-pizzeria, di cui molto apprezzato anche il servizio di pranzo/cena in camera. Buonissima anche la vicina gelateria artigianale, la piadineria e non guasta, in caso di necessità, avere la farmacia a due passi.

Cons:

Capiamo che non dipende dalla struttura, ma onestamente brutta ed inquietante l'esposizione dell'appartamento di fronte all'edificio fatiscente a fianco.

Bell'appartamento ad un prezzo sorprendente.
Pros:

Ottimamente posizionato sul lungomare di Igea Marina, questo appartamento era pulito, confortevole e ottimamente arredato. Dotato di tutti gli accessori indispensabili e un comodo letto matrimoniale
Parcheggio riservato gratuito. Staff professionale.
Buon ristorante-pizzeria al piano terra.

Cons:

Lavorerei al fine di garantire maggiore quiete agli ospiti nelle ore serali e notturne, poiché fino alla mezzanotte sopraggiungono rumori dalla cucina (o comunque dal piano terra) che possono talvolta risultare frustranti. Nel caso specifico la mia sveglia era prevista per le 04.00 del mattino e non sono riuscito a riposare come avrei voluto.
Il parcheggio dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio.
