Pros:

Appartamento fantastico, dotato di tutti i comfort con letto comodissimo dotato di toppe! Posizione strategica su zona pedonale in assoluto centro di Riccione.
Jacuzzi veramente fantastica e con regolazione della temperatura.

Cons:

Piccoli problemi con gli ospiti adiacenti per via degli schiamazzi fino a tarda notte. Proprietario irreperibile con risposte tardive nei nostri confronti.
Cambierei macchina del caffè causa incrostazioni calcaree

An hidden gem, perfect for a weekend getaway with fam or friends
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, right in the center of the town, one block from the beach.
The room is spacious enough for a fam of 3, but you won't spend much time in the room bc the deck is too amazing to pass. It's just wonderful hanging in the jacuzzi at night. You feel like you're part of the night walking crowd, while chilling in the tub LOL
The apt is fully equipped with appliances, including a washer!
The host is superb: welcoming, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area, will give you great advices and help with your needs.
