Nice apartment in the city center, but there is room for improvement
Pros:

Location central, but in a quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Purufied water was provided and basic kitchen equipment.

Cons:

Wifi signal was not so good in room 3, internet was very slow, especially in the evening. There room looked clean, but when you look at the other surfaces more closely, you find a lot of dust. I noticed that in the Philippines they mostly pay attention to clean the floor, but dusting is not common there. Some kitchen utensils were lacking, not even one knife was there. AC unit was very loud.

Pros:

Renovate, new appartment. good place, to start exploreres, parkplaces.. Kind Personal.. the best.

Cons:

There are various deficiencies in the equipment. Coat hooks not attached. Clothes rack bears no load. Screws are borrowed. The shower drain is clogged. Ants on the tiled floor. TV is not available. a wardrobe is missing. no hooks for clothes on the wall. No remote control.. correspondingly the price/performance ratio is bad.

Enjoyed my stay very much.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location. Quiet.

Cons:

Everything was very good. A few more cable channels would have been nice.
