Schlechte Lage, schlechtes Raumklina
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage ist unfassbar. In einer engen kleinen Gasse mit Müll, Glasscherben und Kot von Mensch und Tier. Uringestank überall. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, so dass man diesen Geruch nicht auch noch innen haben möchte. Das Haus ist alt und alles riecht modrig und feucht. Die Matratze war hart und fühlte sich klamm an. Das Bettzeug war dünn und die Bettwäsche auch. Die Feuchtigkeit ist in alles eingedrungen. Das Kissen roch alt und ungewaschen. Ich bin nach einer schlaflosen und frierenden Nacht ausgezogen. Auf keinen Fall das EG buchen, falls das noch nicht abschreckt.

Struttura accogliente, ben fornita (piano cottura, cucina, acqua di benvenuto, wi-fi, bagno munito di carta igienica, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon capelli etc..) e proprietari super disponibili😊

La camera di per se’ carina e ben organizzata

Cons:

La scarsa pulizia dell’ambiente e delle attrezzature stesse quali lavatrice, posateria, frigorifero. Una scarsa pulizia in generale, che ha reso poco piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Il parcheggio e’ si a pochi passi dalla struttura ma libero o a pagamento, e in una zona che a orario diventa pedonale. Quindi non proprio del tutto comodo. Per raggiungere la struttura invece, vicoli pieni di escrementi di piccione, puzza di urine e pessima pulizia delle strade, quasi uno schifo camminarci

Cons:

Il piatto doccia non era stato ben pulito ( era sporco di sabbia).
Non c'era uno stendino.

Pros:

Bellissimo monolocale Piano Terra con grate alle finestre arredato con stile situato nelle viuzze del centro storico con tutti i servizi a pochi passi. La struttura offre: aria condizionata, frigorifero, tv, lavatrice, cucina, piccolo asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, lenzuola e tovaglie (anche se non specificato). Host veramente gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottimo per una famiglia come noi che cerca sia tranquillità e silenzio, che abbiamo trovato essendo in zona pedonale, sia la movida avendo i locali veramente a pochi passi.

B&B centralissimo, ottima struttura, presenta tutti i servizi, molto silenzioso, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente quando si ripresenterà l’occasione, top

Cons:

Il cellulare non prende bene quindi si ha esigenza di collegarsi alla linea Wi-Fi che però prende bene nella zona tavolo cucina ma non prende più nella zona letto. Ma è un piccolo dettaglio.

Il cattivo odore di umidità, lo scarico del bagno del piano superiore che usciva nella doccia, cattivo stato igienico lavatrice, linea Internet carente e a volte assente.

Pros:

Great location. Piazza Duomo is just down the street with a great cafe and a beautiful church. Restaurants are also in the piazza. The shopping mall and grocery store is just a seven-minute walk. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hostess was pleasant and helpful.
