Superb
Pros:

Our stay at Appartamenti Loretta was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spacious, modern, and very comfortable – especially the high-quality beds, which ensured a great night's sleep after a long day of skiing.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and her hospitality was truly exceptional. Every morning, we were treated to fresh bread, and although cleaning was not originally included in the service, it was provided, which was a delightful surprise. This level of care made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is simply perfect – we could ski straight from the terrace while taking in breathtaking views of the snow-covered Dolomites. The peaceful surroundings and immediate access to the slopes make this place an ideal choice for winter sports enthusiasts.

Pros:

Object was decently big for 4 of us as well as the beds.
Next to us there was a barn with cows, donkeys and a rabbit and we liked them(didnt mind the occasional smell).

Cons:

There was a stain feces on toilett and someones sock in bathroom.
It's not ski-in ski-out, you either have to climb(veery exhausting) to reach apartment or from the other side where you still have to walk 100-150m on foot to reach apartment.
When we asked about washing machine lady told us we can wash our clothes in Corvara(5kms away from LaVilla), later we saw a washing machine in the hallway (it says on object info washing machine is available in facility).
Compared to the other facilities that were available at the same time during our stay we noticed that the price is quite higher for our object.

Pros:

Lovely view from the living room, comfy beds and nice bathroom.

Cons:

Would be great to have some standard cups for tea and more spoons :)
Having to cross large car park and the main village road to get to the ski lift and then a fairly long walk to get back is not ideal for small kids when carrying ski equpment. Would not be an issue in the summer though.
We value privacy and therefore did not like that somebody came when we were skiing and removed recycling rubbish from the kitchen- would be nice to know beforehand.

Excellent "base" to see best of Dolomites, in the middle od Val Gardena and Cortina D'ampezzo
Pros:

Location, BIG parking space (we came with 4 cars), view from terrace/backyard, number of things to do in relative proximity of appartment, house is 100m from main road so noise pollution was negligible, backayrd with BBQ place, and many more...

Cons:

Toilet door in one of appartments couldn't be fully locked from inside :)
