Soggiorno da dimenticare.

Cons:

Esperienza disastrosa. Struttura vecchia, trascurata e in pessime condizioni, con ascensore guasto e un’infinità di scale scomode per arrivare alla stanza. Lungo il percorso infiltrazioni d’acqua, situazione davvero indecente.

La camera era sporca in modo inaccettabile: pantaloni lasciati da altri ospiti e rifiuti come carte di cioccolatini dietro i comodini. Difficile perfino trovare una presa per caricare il telefono.

Totale assenza di manutenzione e igiene. Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute. Da evitare assolutamente.

Soggiorno pessimo: struttura scomoda, camera sporca e maltenuta, personale poco cortese e servizi assolutamente non all’

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione.

Cons:

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato (quasi 300€ a notte).

Già all’arrivo l’accoglienza è stata molto sgradevole: la ragazza alla reception è stata fredda, antipatica e scontrosa, per niente disponibile.

Le camere sono molto distanti dalla reception e per arrivarci, con tutte le valigie, abbiamo dovuto attraversare tre corridoi e tre porte antincendio. Inoltre, la sera l’unico accesso è dal garage, cosa piuttosto scomoda e poco accogliente.

L’ascensore funziona solo con la chiave della camera, quindi non ci si può muovere liberamente: se non si ha la chiave bisogna fare anche 5 o 6 piani di scale.

La camera era vecchia e tenuta male: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva nemmeno. La pulizia era pessima: polvere ovunque, piatto doccia rotto e il lavandino era addirittura tappato con i residui degli ospiti precedenti.

Il terzo letto abbiamo dovuto farcelo da soli con le lenzuola che la receptionist ci ha consegnato in un sacco all’arrivo, e per di più erano sporche. Anche il piumino trovato nell’armadio era sporco.

Considerando il prezzo pagato, il soggiorno è stato davvero indecente. Assolutamente non ne vale la pena e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
