Wunderbar, wir würden wiederkommen!
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber! Schöner Poolbereich mit Besuchern: Echsen, Aras und Totenkopfäffchen kamen vorbei 😀

Cons:

Die Straße ist sehr nah und deshalb ist es recht laut!

Friendly, great value, convenient, clean, but be prepared
Pros:

Vernita the host was fantastic, helped arrange our activities and transport. Nice pool area. Convenient location right on bus route and walkable to one of the beaches. AC worked well.

Cons:

Convenience store closed for renovations. The bed has a very thin blanket and no extras, so I had to shut AC off at night or sleep with our jackets over us (even w the AC set to 25 C / 77 F). Could be worth asking them for extra blankets. Also, it's very loud until late evening from the cars on the road, and also in my rental there was a suite above me and it was unusually noisy just from them moving things around. But my worst complaint was the town shut off the water one day so Tico Tico switched over to its tank, and since I had been drinking the water right from the tap (town water is clean and safe) I didn't realize that the tank water was going to be full of disinfectant. The water made my throat burn, gave me mild cramps and stomach pain, and a left horrible metallic/bitter taste in my mouth that wouldn't go away. It stunk of bleach/chlorine. I wish the management had alerted all the guests. I had no bottled water and nothing clean to drink to flush my mouth/gut/kidneys. It was pretty terrible, wrecked my guts for a few days. Always let the water run and sniff it first I know now.

Pros:

The room was spacious and has everything you need in it, the pool area was very nice and the water temperature was perfect. the top of what we enjoyed is the animals that come to visit like monkeys iguana birds and more.
The women at the reception was very very nice. we really loved it all

Cons:

It is a bit far from the center but in what we saw the center is not very interesting and there is plenty of restaurant nearby the hotel

A special oasis near Quepos.
Pros:

We loved this very special place to stay near Manuel Antonia. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable and staff very friendly. The pool is an oasis in beautifully planted gardens so ideal to relax around in the evening and watch the wildlife. Vernita, the manager, is amazing- so welcoming and she really helped us out with organising tickets for the National Park. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Tico Tico .

Pros:

Tico Tico Villas really felt like a home away from home which is something that I seldom get when travelling. The bed was comfortable with quality linen and pillows. The quiet pool area surrounded by beautiful Lush gardens and last but not least Vernita the manager is ever so helpful and welcoming..

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was having to leave.

Great place to stay in Manuel Antonio that is close to everything. The owners are very nice.
Pros:

Very conveniently located to everything in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It is nice that it lies right in the middle of the two cities. The pool was nice to layout by but there is traffic noise right on the other side of the gate.

Cons:

It's close to the road so you do hear a little traffic noise and there isn't much of a view.

La chambre est agréable. La piscine bien fraîche. Les singes dans les arbres et les iguanes près de la piscine.

Cons:

Il y a le bruit de circulation quand on est à la piscine car nous sommes juste en bordure de route assez passante.

Not worth the money we paid

The location of the property is good. That’s the only thing I liked here

Cons:

There was no hot water when we arrived. They got in a technician the next morning and he fixed it. The night before we were leaving the hot water grader didn’t work again. I didn’t bother telling the manager cause the first time I reported it she mentioned we had to wait until next morning. We were anyway leaving early morning the next day. There’s also a strange noise of water The comes through the walls. I think the bathroom of the room beside us and our bed share the same wall. For the price we paid I don’t think it was worth it.

Fantastic place to stay in Manuel Antoni
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfy, good Aircon, good shower. Pool area was really nice and always quiet!

Location was amazing, bus stop right outside the gates which takes you to Manuel or Quepos for less than 50p.

Tico Tico Villas offered everything needed to enjoy my stay in Manuel Antonio.
Pros:

I am an avid traveler and I found Tico Tico Villas to be one the best properties I have ever stayed at. It is beautifully appointed, spacious, peaceful, conveniently located, clean, well staffed, personalized touch-all the things that you hope for when traveling. I loved seeing the monkeys, iguanas, and birds within the natural environment of the property. The beach is just a short walk from the property.
