Relaxed and spacious and very clean
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room. Chilled atmosphere

Cons:

WiFi was a bit flakey in the room. Not much directly close to the property and so had to get taxis to sights

Excelente lugar para estar en Quepos, con muy buena ubicación y condiciones.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la anfitriona (Vernita), la limpieza del lugar y los accesorios de la cocina. Además los aires acondiiconados funcionan muy bien y son silenciosos.

Cons:

Tiene unas gradas muy altas para el acceso de afuera hasta las habitaciones. No lo veo conveniente para personas con alguna discapacidad motora o silla de ruedas.

A proximité du parc, le studio est très bien équipé notamment pour les plus longs séjours et la propreté irréprochable. Piscine agréable !

Le bruit des mangues qui tombent sur le toit mais que nous avons pu savourer au final 😄

Heerlijk!
Pros:

Locatie was perfect. Rustig gelegen, maar op korte rijafstand van alle attracties, restaurants enz. Erg mooie groene locatie, met leuke kamers/huisjes. Zwembad niet veel gebruikt, maar heerlijk om even af te koelen.

Cons:

Onze kamer had een keuken en die heb je wel nodig. Je kan er niet ontbijten of drankje halen.

The room was near the pathway and everyone passing by could look into our bed when the curtain was open to get some light in. Overall just OK.

Wir würden wieder hier buchen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen und sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage wird täglich gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
Der checkin wurde vorab über WhatsApp unkompliziert erklärt und hat super geklappt.
Obwohl wir ein Zimmer direkt am Pool hatten, konnte man nichts von den Gästen hören wenn man sich im Zimmer befand.
Im Zimmer ist alles was man braucht, genug Handtücher, alle Utensilien zum kochen und sogar Kaffee.
Soweit ich es erkennen konnte gab es direkt vor der Unterkunft eine Bushaltestelle, was praktisch ist wenn man kein Auto hat.
Da wir ein Fahrzeug hatten, haben wir uns über die Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft gefreut und hier auch täglich einen Parkplatz gefunden (Achtung liegt direkt in einer starken Kurve)

Cons:

Auch wenn man in solchen Ländern immer mal mit Tieren im Zimmer rechnen muss, war ich nicht begeistert als ich eine wirklich riesige Spinne in der Dusche vorfand. Das hätte man sicherlich sehen können oder vermeiden können, indem man beim reinigen die Türen schließt.
Außerdem gab es in unserem Zimmer kaum Platz um die zwei großen Koffer zu öffnen und keine Möglichkeit die Klamotten auszupacken da es keinen Schrank gab.

Wir würden wiederkommen

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die leitende Dame war super nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist ein Bus der einen nach Quepos oder Manuel Antonio für kleines Geld bringt.

Top verblijf, perfect locatie
Pros:

De self check-in is super makkelijk, met een heerlijk zwembadje. De rode ara's en de doodshoofdaapjes zie je overal en de eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk. In het appartement heb je alles wat je nodig hebt met keukentje, badkamer en fijn bed.

Cons:

Niks! Alles zoals verwacht.

Pequeños apartamentos con todo lo necesario, cocina y terraza, en entorno con jardines muy cuidados, vimos iguanas y guacamayos desde nuestra terraza. Piscina perfecta para un chapuzon al finalizar el dia de excursiones y relajarte. Aparcamiento propio del alojamiento.

10/10 - would stay again!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer #3 ist wesentlich netter als es auf den Fotos aussieht - wirklich schön, sauber und geräumiger als gedacht. Die Poolarea lädt auch zum Entspannen ein. Große Empfehlung!

Cons:

Wenn man ohne eigenes Auto unterwegs ist, sind Restaurants & Supermärkte nur mit Taxi/Uber zu erreichen. Diese kann man in der Regel aber zu jeder Tageszeit unproblematisch anfordern und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Ziel.

The property manager was so responsive and helpful! Also we saw lots of monkeys, the room was really clean and spacious, and it’s nice it is right by the bus stop!

Second time here...
Pros:

Well located, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The pool was great: a huge troop of squirrel monkeys showed up for their dinner... Super cool. Manager very helpful.

Ruhe. Reibungslose und klare Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Managerin Vernita.
Studio ist gut und praktisch neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gute Pflegeprodukte und Insektenabwehrmittel stehen zur freien Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Je nach Studio, sehr viele Stiegen können mit dem Gepäck oder bei Gehbehinderung etwas mühsam sein, war für mich jedoch kein Problem. Schade, dass es keine Frühstücksoption gab.
