Ottima esperienza: tutto pulito, personale gentilissimo, unica pecca la colazione un po’ tardi per chi scia presto.
Pros:

Siamo stati al Residence Cavallino in 9 persone, prenotando due appartamenti, e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Gli appartamenti erano spaziosi e soprattutto molto puliti. Per un gruppo grande come il nostro non è scontato trovare tutto in ordine e ben organizzato, invece qui non è mancato nulla e siamo stati comodissimi.

Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile: una cortesia così oggi è davvero rara da trovare. Sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa.

La colazione è molto buona e varia con prodotti di altissima qualità.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è l’orario della colazione, dalle 8:00 alle 10:00. Considerando che le piste sono a circa 15 minuti per Ponte di Legno e 25/30 minuti per il Tonale, per chi vuole andare a sciare presto diventa difficile riuscire a farla senza partire tardi.
Comunque esperienza molto positiva, lo consigliamo e ci torneremmo volentieri!

Pros:

Camere accoglienti, pulite e calde, personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto buona, non è a buffet ma basta chiedere e ti portano tutto praticamente

Cons:

È in una posizione un po' scomoda : la strada per arrivarci è tutta in salita e Google Maps mi faceva entrare in una strada in cui non si poteva passare perché c'era il cartello eccetto residenti.

Owners of this place makes all for you not back!
Pros:

It would be so so room, as ok for one night, but woman owner made it as feel reallly worst.

Cons:

On hall in downstairs very smell of smoke. Apartment is of room and kitchen - both are very dark, as windows of room are right to wall (see foto), and window of kitchen wall will in one metre distance. We stayed one night, morning was sunny and beautiful, but in room was ugly dark.
In bathroom there is mold🤮 which is not so difficult to clean, so owners not care it.
If people walk outside apartment - you hear all.
And most ugly was, that we went to their restorant for dinner, and in my plate was hair. I showed it to same woman owner and she instead of apologies said that it is my!!! I am blond with long hair and it was black and short! Incredible ugly behaviour. And when i told her about this hair, she tryed answer she doesnt understand, i showed it, and i speak italian, so said this in italian, but she same didnt want listen till i didnt say in high voice “cappeli nel cibo!” So all people heard. Only after she answered as it is my.

Un piacevole weekend in famiglia da ripetere!

Ero a Ponte di Legno per un lavoro e l'offerta di alloggi in città non soddisfava le mie richieste. residence a poca distanza, tutto davvero facile. Ottima accoglienza, buona la colazione secondo me da rendere ancora migliore, camera molto silenziosa. TOP!

Cons:

Mi piacerebbe trovare anche yogurt e frutta fresca per colazione. Il resto ottimo, tre tipi di torte fresche, succo e bevande calde.
