Unendlich Platz
Pros:

Die Villa ist tatsächlich eine Villa, einfach riesig und wunderschön. Auch der Hof ist sehr groß und man kann dort ziemlich herumlaufen. Mein Sohn fand es spannend alles zu erkunden und es geht eine Weile! Hier bekommt man wirklich sehr viel fürs Geld. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und ziemlich modern eingerichtet. Man kann alles machen, kochen waschen und so weiter. Man ist oben auf einem Hügel und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Gut und ruhig zum schlafen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Der Pool und alles sieht aus wie auf den Bildern (aber zu kalt zum Baden). Mit dem Auto ist Sestri Levanto einfach und schnell zu erreichen und es gibt einen schönen Strand.

Cons:

Man kann von der Villa aus nicht richtig zu Fuß herumspazieren, da es ringsherum nur Straßen hat. Darum braucht man wirklich unbedingt ein Auto. Solange man aber im Haus oder auf dem Hof bleibt stört die Straße nicht, es ist überhaupt nicht laut ringsherum. .... Die Betten und der Herd sind nicht so perfekt. Aber das ist normal.

Renato et sa famille sont des hôtes sympathiques qui sauront vous donner de bons conseils pour vous rendre aux Cinq Terre. La villa lice, avec son logement ultra- commode, se révèle un lieu haut perché, très agréable et authentique.

Relaxing stay near some great towns
Pros:

Exceptional host, stunning accommodation close to Casarza Ligurie and Sestri Levante. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality from Renato and his wonderful family. Can’t wait to return!

Schöne Unterkunft in Hanglage
Pros:

Toller Blick, sehr schöne Terrasse, hübsche Anlage, geräumige Wohnung. Schöne Einrichtung, viel Stauraum. Tolle Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in Ligurien. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Cons:

Bettauflagen/ Matratzenschoner aus Plastik, bitte abnehmen! Man benötigt ein Auto für alle Wege.

Alles in allem Gut. Ich würde wieder gehen.
Pros:

Wir waren eine Woche im Juli 25 da. Gepflgte Anlage, Betreiber waren Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit. Autobahnbrücke in der Nähe nicht störend. Pool mit Aussicht war super. Klimaanlage in der Wohnung war super. Leise und gut regulierbar. Kücheneinrichtung ok, das nötigste vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Weg nach Casaza Bushaltestelle
Ca.10min zu Fuss ins Dorf. Strasse steil! (Kein Bus)
Busverbindung Richtung Sestri Levante ca.15min.

Cons:

Die Bettmatrazen im Elternzimmer waren Qualitativ schlecht. Auf Hüfthöhe ausgelegen und nicht bequem.
Die zwei Tischchen vor der Wohnung sind etwas klein. Ca.60•60 cm. Zu klein um zu viert zu Essen.

Przyjemny, nowoczesny apartament. Dobrze wyposażony, choć ilość naczyń i sztućców mogłaby być nieco większa. Właściciel jest dostępny i służy pomocą w razie problemów lub jeśli chodzi o wskazówki dotyczące pobytu i zwiedzania. Na miejscu basen i znakomity widok na okolicę (czytałem w niektórych opiniach narzekania, że słychać autostradę - osobiście, zupełnie nie zwróciłem na nią uwagi).

Cons:

Ściany są nieco cienkie więc możecie słyszeć sąsiadów.
Na Booking apartamenty z tego obiektu występują jako osobne obiekty zamiast apartamenty pod jednym obiektem - jest to mylące i dopiero później dowiedzieliśmy się, że dostępne są także inne apartamenty.

Great appartement with magnificent view.
Pros:

The apartments are very beautiful and well equipped.
Multiple terrasses with swimming pool and bbq area.
The host welcomed us and explained all the do's and don't, by train and boat. The view from the terrasses are magnificent.

Cons:

The road to the appartement is very narrow with some Hairpin bends.

Absolutely fantastic.
Pros:

The apartments are located in beautiful surroundings on a mountainside . The views are amazing. There's plenty of parking. The building itself is lovely and the apartments are very clean, airy , roomy, beautifully decorated. Modern kitchens and bathrooms. They are kept nice and cool with the aircon . There's a nice pool area too. The hosts are lovely friendly people that can't do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. They are so welcoming.

Fantastic villa for exploring Cinque Terre and Portofino. Recommended.
Pros:

Beautiful villa in the hills outside of Sestri Levante. Spacious apartment with everything that we needed, terrace, sun beds, infinity pool and superb views. Perfect as a base to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino. Our hosts greeted us with wine and were available if needed, gave us good advice on trains etc. we highly recommend this property. 10/10

Wonderful
Pros:

The Villa is most tastefully finished. The pool and surrounding area is lovely with a splendid view. Plenty of seating and shade. The apartment is fantastic, and has lovely cool air conditioning. The bathroom is clean and modern with an amazing shower. The bedroom is big with plenty of storage and a large very comfortable double bed. The kitchen area is modern with plenty of storage, a ceramic hob and modern electric oven. The lounge and dining area has plenty of space, storage, and a very comfortable sofa. The family that own it are so welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Cons:

The only downside for many people. You need a car. The villa is in Verici which is up a mountain and the road is narrow and twisty, but that's it.

- Great facilities within the apartment (kitchen, bathroom)
- Very nice view
- Close to beautiful beaches

Cons:

- We didn't experience the warm welcome other reviews mention. We had a bit of an awkward and rushed welcome with a lady that was very nice but was also preoccupied with a baby and dog, and who spoke very little English. No real explanation of the facilities in and outside of the apartment. Any questions we had went through booking.com chat. Checkout was without interaction with staff
- The common space was a bit messy and not as inviting as on the pictures. We visited at the end of May, so it may be possible that they were preparing for high season, as there were construction materials everywhere and new furniture was being brought in
- The airconditioning did not work (as mentioned more often in reviews)
