Oase van rust in Toscane
Pros:

Heerlijk verblijf, rustig gelegen, prachtig domein en dito zwembad. Eigenaars erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

Diepvriezertje op appartement zou, net als een hor, een meerwaarde zijn.

Pros:

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Schönes Apartment.
Großer Pool.
Ausreichend Liegen mit Auflagen zu haben.
Tolle Gastgeber, die dich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmern. Gute Restaurant - und Ausflugstipps geben.
Tolle zentrale Lage.
Montepulciano, Sienna, Arezzo, Pienza ( mit Gladiator Villa )sind sehr nah und selbst Florenz ist gut erreichbar.
Wir haben uns super wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Cons:

Bad etwas klein und demnächst mal fällig für eine Modernisierung, aber natürlich voll funktionstüchtig.
Kaffeemaschine fehlte ( wir hatten zum Glück unsere Senseo dabei ).

Amazing stay in beautiful Tuscan house
Pros:

Everything! Amazing pool and room, had a great BBQ with the host when we were there. Super close to a nearby town. Bar is also great on site. Two very cute dogs on site too!

I Poggilunghi is een prachtige Agriturismo, zeker een bezoek waard, ook voor langere tijd
Pros:

Simon is een super gastheer. Het gezamenlijke diner was super lekker en gezellig. De honden Bella en Harley zijn heerlijke aandachttrekkers maar dringen zich niet op als je niet wil. Prachtig zwembad.

Cons:

De locatie is geweldig als je er eenmaal bent. Ligt nogal afgelegen aan een lange bochtige en smalle sintelweg.

Appartamenti moltoi ben attrezzati puliti e accoglienti.

Piccolo neo nell'attrezzatura delle camere, nel mio appartamento mancavano le tazzine del caffè ... In Italia non possono mancare 😜☕☕

Very pleasant stay on a hill in the Toscanny.
Pros:

A beautiful landscape surrounds the accommodation. Large space in the apartment with a table for a lot of people. And every room has its own toilet and shower.

Cons:

We could not find a wine opener in the kitchen. Which was a shame, as I thought that all houses in Italy have a cork opener :-) But of course, we managed even without it.

Mooie locatie en perfecte omgeving, en het zwembad is op zich een fijne plek om een rustdag in te plannen.
Pros:

Locatie, zwembad en grootte van het appartement

Cons:

Weinig contact met de eigenaar. En de honden van de eigenaar zwemmen in het zwembad terwijl wij er ook lagen.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und Krafttanlen.
Pros:

Wunderschöne, sehr großzügige Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten und einem Landhaus, das im typischen toskanischen Stil belassen wurde. Sehr authentisch und gemütlich. Der Pool fügt sich schön in die Anlage ein und ist auch zum Schwimmen sehr gut geeignet. Highlight: Karaoke-Pizzaabend mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber Simon!

Een geweldige ervaring, we komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Een prachtige locatie, mooi en rustig. De gastheer, Simon, was zeer voorkomend en heeft gedurende het gehele verblijf gedaan wat hij kon om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken, van BBQ tot karaoke, iedereen werd meegesleept in het vermaak.

Werkelijk niets.

Beau lieu, mais une hospitalité trop tournée vers le commercial.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, la campagne toscane superbe et les lieux sont propres, ce qui rend le séjour agréable sur la forme.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons été déçus par le fond. L’établissement se présente comme des “appartements” et son site officiel indique que chaque logement dispose d’une kitchenette, or notre réservation n’incluait qu’une simple chambre avec un mini-frigo, sans aucune possibilité de cuisiner. Le tarif payé paraît très élevé au regard d’une chambre dépourvue de commodités de base (pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de savon, pas de quoi préparer un café). Plusieurs détails laissent l’impression que chaque service est conçu pour générer un supplément : l’usage du barbecue est facturé 10 €, le bar en libre accès n’affiche aucun prix, et même le verre proposé à l’arrivée est ensuite compté. Cela crée davantage une impression de démarche commerciale qu’un accueil attentionné, ce qui a accentué notre malaise. Ce n’est pas le type d’hospitalité que je recherche dans une maison d’hôte.

Le cadre ne fait pas tout
Pros:

Le cadre de la propriété et la bâtisse sont magnifiques. L’emplacement est idéal. L'appartement est spacieux et la piscine très agréable.

Cons:

Cependant, pas mal de choses à améliorer. L'équipement de l'appartement, en particulier la salle de bain, est vétuste. Il n’y a pas de climatisation, ni de moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Le canapé du salon était inconfortable. De nombreux transats de la piscine étaient cassés. Nous avons été dérangés par des soirées bruyantes trois soirs de suite et l’hôte se permet des déplacements de transats/parasols occupés en pleine journée pour un résultat incompréhensible.
L'accueil était donc mitigé. L'hôte s'est montré de plus peu sympathique car nous ne participions pas à des activités complémentaires (soirées à thèmes). Une approche très business et peu sincère.
La présence de labradors en liberté dans la propriété peut surprendre.
En résumé, si l'endroit a beaucoup de charme, le service et les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur. Ayant l’habitude des agriturismo en Italie, nous sommes bien loin de l’accueil Italien…
