Bardzo przyjazny gospodarz. Po umówieniu godziny czekał na nas na drodze aby doprowadzić do domu. Fajny basen. Spędziliśmy kilka dni z trójką dziećmi. Świetne miejsce do zwiedzenia perełki która jest Pitigliano, Sovana. Zdecydowanie polecam!

La posizione, la piscina, gli spazi ampi dell’appartamento, gentilezza dell’host.
Mancanza di mobili (credenza, ripiani, mensole), l’unico mobile in zona giorno, oltre alla cucina, era un tavolino basso. Il divano era scomodo per dormirci 10 giorni. I cuscini erano bitorzoluti e scomodi. Non c’era veranda privata ma un cortile in comune con un altro appartamento e a libero accesso anche ai vicini di sopra per via del bbq presente. Mancavano le tende oscuranti indicate nell’annuncio (per dormire ogni sera appendevamo gli asciugamani del mare). Era presente un solo armadio a due ante in camera da letto.

A small downside was the pool.....
It was great to have it, especially in such hot weather, but we misunderstood – we thought it would be private for our use only, but it turned out to be shared between 3 or 4 apartments.
Also, there is only one washing machine for the whole house, so we had to go upstairs to the neighbours’ apartment to do our laundry.
It would be great if the lower apartments had their own washing machine for private use.

The appartment is located in a very nice and quiet place which is a big plus if you don't want to stay in tourist areas. That of course also means that there are no cafes or shops around there. The appartment with its terrace and surrounding garden is quite big, so you'll have enough space for everything.
The beds could have been better. The single beds are quite small. The walls are apparantly quite thin, you can hear your neighbours if they're loud.
Place is fantastic with great location.
It's kinda middle of nowhere but that's what makes it so special. Area is quiet with 15 minutes drive to nearest shops in one of the most beautiful little towns you could see (Pitigliano)
Luciano is just who we expected him to be. Very friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool is massive and with hot temperatures outside just perfect for cooling yourself down.
It feels like visiting our grandparents house in best location they could ever chose.

It was run down and rustic. The shower is very small. The pool is nice but there are many flies that make it unpleasant to sit outside

The photos are misleading, the house is much more run down and dated, the pool is also not like in the pictures and cleanliness is an issue.

unfortunately, the air conditioning in the main room wasn’t working but other than that it was
Good locality for trips (by car) to other localities in central Tuscany (Sorano, Pitigliano, Saturnia, Bolsena,...) . Private pool was clean and large enough. Good place to stay with small children. The manager was nice and helpful.
Lack of air conditioning (only a fan), but even so it was pleasant inside the building. The accommodation met my expectations, so I have no further comments.
