Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, super gelegen. Der Strand ist in sekundennähe. Super Parkplätze. Alles gut zu erreichen, freundlicher Inhaber und Personal. Schreibt schnell zurück und hilft einem

Schade das man die Bettbezüge und die Handtücher noch zusätzlich bezahlen muss, ansonsten tiptop.

Schön grüne und ruhige Anlage mit traumhaftem Meerblick und über eine Treppe hinunter direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein helles, sehr sauberes und nettes Apartment mit herrlichem Meerblick, großer Terrasse und Wiese. Apartment und Küche waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit großem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Gepflegte Grünanlagen mit bunten Pflanzen, dazu für alle eine erhöhte Sonnenwiese mit Liegen und Blick aufs Meer, Strand und Forte Falcone. Man gelangt zur Anlage über eine Privatstraße, hinter dem gesicherten Einfahrtstor gibt es Parkplätze für jedes Apartment. Perfekte Lage; ruhig und sonnig, umrandet von 2 Stränden und nur 6 Fahrminuten zum Zentrum mit allen Geschäften und dem schönen Hafen Portoferraio zum Flanieren. Sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen!

Bella struttura con piccoli accorgimenti migliorabile
Pros:

Comoda struttura per il parcheggio auto e l'accesso vicinissimo al mare. Tranquillo con ampio spazio all' aperto dove poter mangiare e trattenersi sentendo gli uccelli cinguettare.

Cons:

Bagno davvero piccolo con igienici difficili da utilizzare se di statura alta o grossa . .Accessori del bagno precari (porta rotolo ,bastoni porta asciugamani)per cui cadevano le asciugamani.
Piccolo inconveniente con lo scarico wc prontamente risolto.
