Modern en goed uitgerust appartement.
Pros:

Mooi, recent vernieuwd appartement in authentiek pand. Goed uitgerust. Gelegen tussen de haven en het treinstation Garibaldi. Op wandelafstand van het nieuwe centrum en van het historische centrum.

Cons:

Er werd veel gedaan om het gebouw te isoleren, toch zorgt de drukke straat nog voor geluidsoverlast.

Perfect central location. Lots of space in the apartment, very clean, nice walk in shower and comfy bed. Some street noise, but not that bad. If you want the perfect location in Naples, you've found it. Roberto is an excellent host.

Very modern facility, elevator, and host provided airport transfer at a reasonable rate. Street noise was loud at times but not unbearable. Ear plugs were provided.

Pros:

Struttura eccellente, pulizia magnifica, titolare super cortese e gentilissimo. Vicinissimo a svariati locali (bar, pizzerie, pub) e vicinissimo alla fermata metro Duomo. Inoltre, anche dopo il check-out, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura per il resto della giornata gratuitamente. Eccellente!

Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien conectada con el metro, con la estación de trenes ( llegué caminando) también conectada sitios como el quarteri spagnolo. Muy cómodo éramos 3 el living tiene sofá cama y es totalmente independiente. Baño perfecto y limpio. Roberto nos atendió genial, estaba a la hora indicada, nos reservó estacionamiento cumplió con todo y más. Había café te galletas tapones para ara oídos y productos de baño 👌

Cons:

Nos gustó todo, quizás un estacionamiento más barato? Pero a Nápoles es difícil

Le propriétaire est très sympa, accueillant, professionnel et serviable. Il est dtoujours disponible et repond vite aux demandes. Vous pouvez avoir confiance. Il a même accepté de garder nos bagages. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et beau. L'emplacement est vraiment bien.

Le bruit est permanent, même la nuit. Il faut mettre des bouchons d'oreilles

Praktische Lage, nur für Menschen mit einer gewissen Lärmtoleranz zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, 2' zur Metrostation, sehr nah zum Centro Storico. Die Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht, in einem schönen Haus mit einem sehr schönen alten Aufzug. Allerlei Schnickschnack bei der Beleuchtung. Der Vermieter, Roberto, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ist z.B. bei der Ankunft mit uns zur Garage gegangen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich: der Rettifilo, Corso Umberto, ist eine stark befahrene Strasse, und zwar Tag und Nacht. Vor dem Haus ist eine Ampel, d.h. es wird angefahren, gehupt - es ist einfach laut. Nicht umsonst hat es Ohropax auf dem Nachttisch. Der Strassenlärm ist einfach immer da - es fällt schier auf, wenn mal eine Minute Ruhe ist.

Soggiorno eccellente!
La location è davvero perfetta, comoda per muoversi e ideale per visitare la zona. Ho molto apprezzato i tappi per le orecchie messi a disposizione, un’attenzione davvero utile vista la posizione centrale.
L’host è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, qualità che ho davvero apprezzato.
L’appartamento è moderno, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglierei senza esitazioni
