Pros:

Le propriétaire est très sympa, accueillant, professionnel et serviable. Il est dtoujours disponible et repond vite aux demandes. Vous pouvez avoir confiance. Il a même accepté de garder nos bagages. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et beau. L'emplacement est vraiment bien.

Cons:

Le bruit est permanent, même la nuit. Il faut mettre des bouchons d'oreilles

Praktische Lage, nur für Menschen mit einer gewissen Lärmtoleranz zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, 2' zur Metrostation, sehr nah zum Centro Storico. Die Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht, in einem schönen Haus mit einem sehr schönen alten Aufzug. Allerlei Schnickschnack bei der Beleuchtung. Der Vermieter, Roberto, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ist z.B. bei der Ankunft mit uns zur Garage gegangen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich: der Rettifilo, Corso Umberto, ist eine stark befahrene Strasse, und zwar Tag und Nacht. Vor dem Haus ist eine Ampel, d.h. es wird angefahren, gehupt - es ist einfach laut. Nicht umsonst hat es Ohropax auf dem Nachttisch. Der Strassenlärm ist einfach immer da - es fällt schier auf, wenn mal eine Minute Ruhe ist.

La location è davvero perfetta, comoda per muoversi e ideale per visitare la zona. Ho molto apprezzato i tappi per le orecchie messi a disposizione, un’attenzione davvero utile vista la posizione centrale.
L’host è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, qualità che ho davvero apprezzato.
L’appartamento è moderno, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
