Good location and stay in the heart of Napoli. For 1 night. Good coffe.

Location is great. Bed linen were clean.

Cons:

Floor and walls need renovation. Staff have no clue about how to organise a proper check in process. I got via whats up a lots of informations. Double informations inclusiv the reminder to check out before 10 o’clock…before I checked in. Essential information about check in are missing. Check in is online. You get a video. But no info on whats up about the adress of your room. I asked the client service about the adress. I got a link from Google maps. I went to the location….surprise! Was the headquarter, not the room. Overall they must improve their client service for a better review.

Cama grande muy cómoda, la supletoria no tanto. Todo funciona perfectamente y la habitación es bastante grande.

Cons:

Solo entran para hacer la cama, es verdad que estuvimos solo 3 noches, pero no limpiaron nada en esos días.
