Excellent value for money, very secure, top rating for customer service
Pros:

Location excellent, exceptionally clean, had free upgrade on arrival, staff very friendly and went above and beyond, also easy to contact reception by WhatsApp and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities in the apartment and beautiful bathroom with free toiletries. Free WIFI. Excellent value for money and very secure.

Cons:

My only small gripe is that I like to iron my clothes and there was a small table top ironing board but a plug nowhere that was convenient or easy to use it. A full sized ironing board would be better.

Pros:

The location was perfect, a nice quiet street right on the centre. Super easy to get to all the main attractions either by popping on a bus or walking.
The room was perfect for two, had everything we would need for a city break and was very roomy.

Cons:

The view out the windows wasn’t the most
Pleasant so we kept the shutters down which made the room quite dark but it didn’t ruin the stay.

I definetely recommend for a couple.
Pros:

Excellent location in close proximity to main tourist attractions.
Very close to public parking - important when traveling by car.
Kitchen was equipped with all you need for simple cooking.
Apartment was spotless clean.
It is a studio, but sleeping is well separated from sitting area with a confortable sofa and a table.
Feels large.

la posizione centrale e che fosse grande

Cons:

i riscaldamenti erano spenti e faceva freddissimo, la camera da letto si trova al piano di sopra e le scale sono abbastanza scomode. oltretutto è mansarda ti e abbastanza basso il tetto

Stanza di grandi dimensioni, ristrutturata. Ottima posizione.

Stanza ristrutturata e pulita, molto grande, pulita: Dotata di tutto il necessario.
Si trova in ottima posizione per il centro città.
Indicazioni dell'host molto precise.
In zona ZTL, a 500 metri c'è il parcheggio a pagamento dove lasciare l'auto.

A atenção com o cliente assim como a localização, se voltar, irei repetir 🥰
Oferta de check-in mais cedo e mesmo lugar para guardar a bagagem foi uma grande ajuda. Disponibilidade constante e ainda nos sugeriram os locais mais icónicos de Verona.

A luz que entra na janela do quarto pois tenho dificuldade em dormir com luz

Pros:

Posizione vicinissima a piazza Bra 3 minuti a piedi. Per arrivare dall'aeroporto preso 199 che ci ha lasciato in stazione e poi 73 che ci ha lasciato davanti struttura.

Very convenient cute location within walking distance to center.
Pros:

Location was great. Suite was clean and well decorated. Contactless staff great.

Cons:

I need two pillows per person and the bed was a bit lumpy. To be fair, I never asked for the second pillows.

O prédio tem aspecto de velho e não possui estacionamento. Tive bastante dificuldade de vaga para estacionar nas proximidades. Precisei esperar por 30min para conseguir vaga em um estacionamento pago que custou 22 euros a diária.
