Pros:

Really great location and convenient for parking. Very quiet, comfortable apartment and street. Hairdryer, ironing board, kettle, and dish washer provided. Bottles of water in the fridge and airconditioning already on when we arrived were really nice touches as it was very hot outside!

Cons:

Minimal but just wish the bed was one bed rather than 2 singles, and could have had a few more coffee pods for a 2 night stay (3 pods for 2 people). Shower head kind of annoying but seems common for Europe and doesn’t seem to stay fixed to the shower head you choose. A small sofa would be nice but that’s an extra for sure. Apart from that, had everything you needed and would stay again!

Pros:

Die Lage des Appartements war hervorragend! Sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Komfortable Betten und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermieter! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Pros:

Très bon appartement. Parfait pour 4. Propre, fonctionnel, joliment décoré. À deux pas des arènes, très bonne localisation.

Cons:

Il est juste dommage que la chambre double ne soit pas directement climatisée. Obligés de laisser la porte du salon ouverte pour bénéficier d’un tout petit peu de clim.

Loved it! A piece of luxury and privacy right in the heart of Verona. Truly beautiful decor and nice to have a small coffee machine and kettle etc. Felt romantic and luxurious with really good value for money. Easy checkin process and even accommodated a last minute request for late checkout just by messaging them.

Great location. Really clean and modern apartment. Comfortable too. Had a great stay here.

Can hear noise from the corridors quite loudly, occasionally woke us up but nothing that kept us awake or ruined our stay.

This fantastic, clean and perfectly located apartment is beautiful. excellent communication with the agent. He met us and let us in early.

Studio bien situé dans Vérone
Pros:

Le studio était redoutablement bien placé, à deux pas des arènes de Vérone. Une fois qu'on a compris un peu mieux la topographie de la ville, on comprend que nous sommes à deux pas de tout ce qu'il faut visiter. La petite rue où il se trouve, sans avoir de vue, est tranquille, car les voitures n'y ont pas accès. Le studio était conforme à nos attentes. Le personnel de la réception où nous avons laissé nos bagages, surtout l'employé amateur de musique classique, est très aimable

Cons:

Le mode d'enregistrement inutilement compliqué et envoyé trop près de la date du départ. Nous étions au Canada en train de préparer les valises pour le vol. Il faut envoyer une photo des passeports (et non pas un PDF), ensuite se photographier soi-même en train de tenir le passeport. C'est laborieux et on ne sait pas vraiment si ça a fonctionné. L'heure du check-out pourrait être à 11h et non 10h, d'autant plus que, comme il n'y a pas de réception dans l'immeuble, il fallait aller porter nos bagages à la réception de Truly Verona, notre train étant à 16h.
