Pros:

Ottima esperienza in generale. Stanza ampia e recentemente ristrutturata in maniera ottimale.
Ottima pulizia. Letti comodi. Presente anche un mini frigo.
Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti dall'arena (avevo la stanza in piazza Cittadella). Comodo anche il supermercato a due passi.

Cons:

Uniche due note negative, in camera è presente non un classico condizionatore ma un sistema di climatizzazione difficilmente gestibile, e non siamo riusciti a rinfrescare bene la stanza. Inoltre, non era presente un doccia/shampoo, ma due bottiglie di sapone per le mani (forse per errore).

Pros:

The property was extremely well furnished… very clean, very spacious and was really a home from home. There was everything anybody would require on a short break or holiday. The location was absolutely unbelievable and a very short walk into the heart of Verona.

Cons:

I would not suggest altering anything. It was truly perfect for all our requirements.

Amazing stay, definitely recommend!
Pros:

Amazing location, clean and spacious apartment with everything you would need, top room temperature (cool for hot days and AC for cold days), easy communication, instructions and self checkin, good bed/pillows (although this is more personal). Would definitely recomend!

Verona fabulous place to visit. Enhanced by fabulous accommodation.

Location. Room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Third floor apartment. Lift broke down night before check out. Had to carry heavy bags down 3 floors.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ein schönes Appartement.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Auch die Bushaltestelle zur Fahrt zum Bahnhof ist gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche und von den Wasserhähnen hat lange gebraucht bis es warm wurde. Leider gab es auch eine Renovierung im Haus, so dass ab 8.30 Uhr Lärm war (Schlagbohrer, Hämmern etc.). Mittags wurde aber eine Ruhezeit von 12 bis ca. 14 Uhr eingehalten) - aber ungünstig für Langschläfer.

Tricky entry but great stay
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very spacious and had thoughtful amenities to make the stay more convenient. The WiFi worked great and the place was very clean. The walk is not far from the tourist attractions.

Cons:

This place is VERY tricky to get into. I felt like it was an entire special mission just to get into the room. It’s such a process that they send you a YouTube video of how to go about it. Even then I still had to contact them on WhatsApp for entry help. The person did respond immediately and was very helpful and patient with me. My only other complaint is how hard the pillows are. They need to be much softer, my neck was hurting in the morning.
