We booked for 5 nights and had the best week in Selva. The accommodation is 10/10. They have done an incredible job with the place, seemed like it was brand new, luxury finishes throughout, fantastic location and perfect service. Hopefully able to come back in the near future.
Don't forget to check out the amazing Wellness area in the accommodation.
The entire building has been built in 2018, using high quality materials, like solid wooden parkett flooring, large double glazed window/doors, large underground parking, in a west facing direction for enjoying sunsets. The manager Ms. Verena was very friendly and helpful.
There is construction site happening in front. They don't work on weekends, but during the weekday they started at 7;00 AM. It's not a big issue for us as we are early risers.
Lovely apartment and so nice hotel personal! Definitely one of my new favourites apartment hotels in the Dolomites! I can truly recommend this 🥰
جميل جداً واطلالة خرافيه وواسع ومتكامل ومتوفر ادوات الطبخ فيه من افضل الاكواخ الي سكنتها في اوربا كامل صراحه انيق وفخم جداً وتعامل الموظفه verena احترافي وذوق واحترام ورد على كل استفسار بسرعه وقريب من اورتيساي تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقايق

Space, materials, big windows with a wonderful view, silence, like we were alone in the house
Lovely, modern home with beautiful views and central location.
There is no AC and there are no fans. So at night, we found the bedrooms to be a bit stuffy. It was not bad, but given the high quality of the home and the commensurate price, there should be a way to circulate air in summer. I spoke with management about this and they said they would consider installing fans.

Ski access difficult (although maybe a problem the whole area has generally, a lot of carrying skis - we were okay as advanced intermediates, beginners may struggle) bus only serves 1 of the 2 closest gondolas - otherwise approx 20 minutes to walk / ski to Dantercepies gondola
Limited time in the spa area each day (maybe small slots for each guest might feel more private/ luxuriois)
