Un grand merci à Giulia pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils. La situation de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter Modène, Parme et Bologne. Il est très propre, décoré avec goût et la literie est de bonne qualité.

La struttura è nuova e moderna e si vede, super tenuta bene. Un livello di pulizia difficilmente trovato altrove, perfetto! Nonostante sia in campagna quasi totale assenza di insetti grazie alle zanzariere e alla cura con cui è tenuta la struttura
Personale gentile, sempre disponibile e cortese. Perfetti davvero in tutto.

Cons:

Unica minuscola pecca, un po' confusionarie le opzioni su booking. Difficile capire che camere ci siano e quale si sta prenotando.

Pros:

Our host went over the top to help us with local recommendations of all sorts, and she made check in and check out very easy. The space is quiet and peaceful, safe with good parking behind a locked gate. Definitely recommend!

the parking location was a little hard to find, but the host was very helpfull. overall we had a wonderful time here. the restaurants in the area are really good.

The best place to stay for medium periods
Pros:

An excellent place where my wife and I spent six days.
It's comfortable, close to the city, and very quiet.

Pros:

The house is located in a quiet area and highly secured with coded gate and door. Feel so safe living here. Good privacy too. The room is complete with all high quality things such as showers room, bed / pillows / bedsheets, coffee machine, and drinks in the mini bar are more than enough. Really comfortable and I should have stayed longer.. Guila is a friendly and professional host, we have some problems with the booking.com website and she solved the problem nicely and diplomatically. We are happy guests.

Worth the money, but don't expect more than basic apartment.
Pros:

Nice owner, clean, not expensive, private parking, quiet area.

Cons:

Very basic, very little to do around, but not very far from a small town.
Maybe there are less basic rooms to rent.
