Tutto: sono cliente abituale ormai da anni perche e' un luogo pieno di cura, pulizia, riservatezza, in un angolo di Rimini appartato e romantico, Lontano dalla Rimini del turismo di massa. Piscina e giardino top, appartamenti pulitissimi, letti comodi, massima disponibilita del personale.

Pros:

We stayed in two apartments during our family holiday with children and had a great experience overall.
The apartments were spacious, very well equipped, and actually looked even better than in the photos. The kitchenette had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.
The pool area was excellent. There were always enough sun loungers available, and having a lifeguard on duty was a big plus, especially with children.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the bar. The cocktails were below expectations – for example, the mojito contained only a few mint leaves and half a slice of lime, so it lacked both flavour and freshness.
Parking can also be challenging- the hotel offers only a limited number of quite tight parking spaces.
If you want to spend the evening on Rimini's promenade, it's about a 2 km walk. There are a few restaurants nearby, but the area itself is rather quiet and doesn't have much nightlife.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend these apartments, especially for families.

Pros:

tutto, piscina tranquilla, grande e pulitissima; appartamenti puliti e provvisti di tutto. Hall piacevole anche per lavorare, area giardino esterna molto riservata e rilassato, Staff impeccabile, zona attorno molto rilassante con diversi ristoranti e servizi su misura, supermercati e a un passo dal porto senza il caos della zona più centrale del lungomare.

Puiki vieta, nedidelis viešbutis, šalia nedideli jaukūs pastatai, ramu. Nuomavomės apartamentus, tai balkonas didelis, apartamentuose viskas buvo ko reikėjo. Erdvu, du dušai su tuoletais. Galėjome naudotis viešbučio baseinu, bendra aplinka, kas labai patiko. Aplinka labai graži, tvarkinga, labai prižiūrėta.

Angenehme Atmosphäre bei höflichem Personal in einem gut ausgestatteten Appartement.
Pros:

Pool hatte angenehme Wassertemperatur und es waren immer freie Liegen vorhanden. WLAN hat überall gut funktioniert. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer einen schönen Poolblick. Gute Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind sehr eng und begrenzt. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender vorhanden. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon.

Da consigliare!
Pros:

Struttura ben curata, pulitissima e attrezzato di tutto che serve. Fa parte del Hotel Ricchi adiacente, così volendo si ha una Residence con i servizi di un Hotel 3*S situato a pochi passi dalla Spiaggia di San Giuliano.

Cons:

Niente. Era ancora meglio del previsto.

Strandnära och familjärt! Jag rekommenderar
Pros:

Vi tycker mycket om personalen! Hjälpsamma och alltid trevliga.
Sen ligger det bra och har precis det man önskar. Enkelt men ändå bekvämt och fint.
Vi bodde i en mellanstor lägenheter men vi fick se de största lägenheterna och vi kommer kanske boka en stor nästa sommar.

Cons:

När vi kom var det svårt att hitta. Lägenheterna ligger ihop med ett hotell med samma ägare så det var svårt att hitta först. Det var också svårt att parkera innan vi visste var man skulle parkera. Då var det jättebra.

Vey pleasant relaxing stay in an interesting seaside town.
Pros:

We stayed in an apartment (self catering) room. The pool area was lovely and never too busy (we visited in early July). The location was nice, near the sea and many restaurants. Room was great and had two toilets and two balconies. Good basic cooking utensils. Large fridge freezer. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a small gym. The town (Rimini) had lots to offer.

Cons:

Nothing really. We were not looking for entertainment in the hotel and we ate out most nights. So can't comment on the food.
