Da consigliare!
Pros:

Struttura ben curata, pulitissima e attrezzato di tutto che serve. Fa parte del Hotel Ricchi adiacente, così volendo si ha una Residence con i servizi di un Hotel 3*S situato a pochi passi dalla Spiaggia di San Giuliano.

Cons:

Niente. Era ancora meglio del previsto.

Strandnära och familjärt! Jag rekommenderar
Pros:

Vi tycker mycket om personalen! Hjälpsamma och alltid trevliga.
Sen ligger det bra och har precis det man önskar. Enkelt men ändå bekvämt och fint.
Vi bodde i en mellanstor lägenheter men vi fick se de största lägenheterna och vi kommer kanske boka en stor nästa sommar.

Cons:

När vi kom var det svårt att hitta. Lägenheterna ligger ihop med ett hotell med samma ägare så det var svårt att hitta först. Det var också svårt att parkera innan vi visste var man skulle parkera. Då var det jättebra.

Vey pleasant relaxing stay in an interesting seaside town.
Pros:

We stayed in an apartment (self catering) room. The pool area was lovely and never too busy (we visited in early July). The location was nice, near the sea and many restaurants. Room was great and had two toilets and two balconies. Good basic cooking utensils. Large fridge freezer. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a small gym. The town (Rimini) had lots to offer.

Cons:

Nothing really. We were not looking for entertainment in the hotel and we ate out most nights. So can't comment on the food.

Great find in a really nice part of Rimini
Pros:

Location was probably my favourite thing about this place - it's on a little peninsula between the two major touristy sections of Rimini so it felt like a hidden local section of an otherwise very touristy city. Lime bikes and scooters are everywhere so it was easy to get around though if you're not confident with these forms of transport, there are buses (though I found these to run off schedule and often be very busy, especially the number 4). The beach is a couple of minutes walk and there are some nice restaurants and piadina restaurants nearby, with the sunset bar about 10 minutes walk away. A really lovely spot.

As for the apartment - Nice sized studio apartment looking out onto the pool and river. Staff were very friendly and they didn't advertise it as 24 hour reception, but they do have this. Being in an apartment, my room wasn't serviced during my time there but they did provide things when requested.

Air conditioning in the room was good and the room stayed cool while I was out despite 32 degree heat outside so this was nice to come back to. Room could be pitch black if you wanted, or quite open and airy with skylights in the main room and the bathroom. I didn't use the kitchenette but it was well stocked.

The pool was nice and big for the amount of people using it, lots of deck chairs though it could do with a few more umbrellas for shade . The bar is just next to the pool and has good drinks, snacks (crisps, etc) and coffee.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with good local advice.

Pros:

The pool was great, daily cleaned and big enough. The appartment was nice, with full equiped kitchen and a bedroom with a balcony. We had a nice view to the pool.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, one step from the sea.
The swimming pool is fantastic, a real treasure, cozy bar and sunbeds by the pool.
The staff is really very kind and smiling!
The breakfast is plentiful, hot and cold dishes, especially delicious!
My apartment has two large balconies, the bed is comfortable, the accommodation is clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, only one room has air conditioning. The apartment is on the top floor, it is stiflingly hot in the summer, but one room cannot be cooled, only with the air conditioner in the other room. We tried to cool the other room as well, as the child was sleeping there, but it was turned off in our absence. And we didn't want to sleep next to (under) an air conditioner at night.
