Tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Ich kam bisher noch nie in eine Unterkunft und habe mich direkt so wohl gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet mit ausreichend Platz und allem, was man benötigt. Der Garten mit dem Naturbadeteich ist auch wunderschön angelegt und besonders toll für Kinder zum Spielen, aber auch für die Erwachsenen zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft so, dass man wirklich vom Boden essen könnte! :-) Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Spielplatz, Restaurants sowie Konditorei/Eisdiele in Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Pros:

Das Haus, die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage mit Pool waren sehr sauber, schön und komfortabel.
Auch unsere Gastwirtin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rund herum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der Straßenverkehr war auf dem Balkon gut zu hören. In der Wohnung selber, war der Verkehr kaum wahrnehmbar. Gute Schallisolierung!

Urlaub mit Komfort in einer schönen Region
Pros:

Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar, moderne, saubere Wohnungen mit Balkonen und einer sehr gepflegten Außenanlage.
Im Garten gab es u.a. einen Naturteich. Parkplätze vor der Türe und eine Möglichkeit zum unterstellen der Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist umgeben von Apfelplantagen.
Es gab vom Balkon tolle Ausblicke , das Haus ist zentral gelegen, der Ort bequem in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort gehen einige Wanderwege ab. Der Radweg beginnt vor der Haustür, ist gut ausgebaut und beschildert. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls fußläufig.

Cons:

Der Hund durfte nicht in den Garten. Der Verkehrslärm der Straße.

Pros:

Perfect appartement met een fantastische tuin en mooi en groot zwembad. Voldoende ligbedjes en parasols. Dikke ramen (geen last van verkeer), goed werkende airco, vriendelijke host, parkeren op eigen terrein. Kindvriendelijk. Perfecte ligging.

Fantastische accommodatie, perfect !
Pros:

Centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Meran, Bolzano etc.
Alles super proper, een ruim appartement met alles wat nodig is, een zeer leuk zwembad met mooie tuin!
Alles kraaknet en perfect onderhouden.
En als kerst op de taart een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.
Een enorme aanrader

Cons:

Enige zeer klein minpuntje is dat wanneer je app aan voorzijde hebt en op terras beetje last hebt van baan. Maar binnen voor je er niks van en airco werkt zeer goed! Als we terug komen boeken we het appartement aan achterzijde.
Maar dat is echt maar een zeer klein minpuntje, de rest compenseert ruimschoots

Pros:

Een prachtige appartement welke recent is verbouwd. Heerlijk bed en mooi aangelegde tuin met natuur zwembad. Goed uitgangspunt voor diverse tripjes. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse.

Sehr schönes Ferienappartement mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung zur Autobahn, toller Pool, sehr gute Wohnungsausstattung, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ....
Aussage bzw. Frage unserer Tochter (12 J.): Können wir hier noch einmal Urlaub machen?

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist die Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus durch den Ort geht. Diese wird von Vielen als "Rennstrecke" benutzt. Dadurch war das Sitzen auf dem Balkon nicht ganz so angenehm. Im Appartement hat man den Verkehr aber fast nicht gehört (3-fach-Verglasung).
