Great location in Vieste
Pros:

Very well equipped and clean apartment with nice pool, located between Pizzomunno beach and old town. Great hosts, always friendly and helpful with recommendations for beaches, restaurants… Thank you (and your brother), Gaetano! We will be back!!

Per le nostre esigenze più che bene soprattutto per la posizione e la pulizia, non adatto per fare le buone cucine
Pros:

Della struttura è piaciuta la posizione, ideale in quanto a 5 min sia dal mare sia dal Centro di Vieste, inoltre il parcheggio che ha permesso di lasciare la macchina ferma per praticamente tutta la settimana… la stanza e il bagno molto puliti, la doccia molto comoda, anche l’aria condizionata molto utile con il gran caldo che ha fatto la settimana del nostro soggiorno.
I due proprietari, 2 fratelli molto gentili.
Ci è piaciuto anche l’ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso, familiare, anche la piscina molto carina, sarebbe stata ancora più carina con gli ombrelloni aperti.
Ci è piaciuta comunque la grande libertà nel poterci muovere.

Cons:

Non ci è piaciuta la terrazzina fuori che sembrava un piccolo box, senza vista esterna che per la privacy andava anche bene ma faceva sentire un po’ in prigione.
Dentro c’era quasi tutto ma non dava l’idea di un piccolo monolocale nel senso che il tavolino dove si sarebbe dovuto mangiare stava davanti il letto.
La cucina più o meno aveva tutto anche se un po’ troppo contato, ma la grandissima pecca, ed in Italia non può succedere, era la mancanza di una macchinetta per il caffè, manco una moka e considerando il costo della struttura per una settimana in due penso che ci si poteva mettere anche una macchinetta con le capsule…anche perché il bar della struttura neanche era
funzionante per un buon caffè. Questo un consiglio per i due fratelli che non l’avranno fatto con negligenza ma perché non ne vedono la necessità.
In una settimana nessun cambio di asciugamani o lenzuola ed avendo pagato come se in un lussuoso albergo stonava un po’ .
Piccolo consiglio, visto che avete lasciato una spugnetta e una pezza per la cucina, lasciate anche il sapone dei piatti, una piccola boccetta anche quelle lasciate da altri clienti, fa sentire i clienti più a casa e facilità la permanenza.
I gestori però mi hanno fornito un po’ di detersivo in un bicchierino senza problemi.

Straordinario!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, anzi, direi semplicemente splendida. L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La piscina è bellissima e offre una vista mozzafiato.
Ci sarebbero ancora tantissimi aspetti positivi da raccontare, ma ciò che merita una menzione speciale è senza dubbio la gentilezza, la cordialità e la disponibilità dei gestori, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.
Grazie di cuore per questa splendida esperienza. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Posizione top per il centro di Vieste
Pros:

La posizione comoda al centro ma anche ai bagni prossimi al Pizzomunno.

Cons:

L'ora di rientro serale con la macchina nel parcheggio custodito (non fissa e mediamente un pò troppo presto per chi deve uscire in macchina). Basterebbe dotare gli ospiti non solo di una chiave del cancelletto pedonale ma anche del cancello per le macchine.
Non guasterebbe qualche opzione in più al bar (gelati, granite,ecc.)

Pros:

Buona struttura, pulita e attrezzata, bella la piscina su terrazza panoramica, propietari gentilissimi e disponibili.

Cons:

La salita dalla spiaggia per arrivare alla struttura,troppo ripida e se uno ha problemi alle gambe diventa un problema.
Un problema è anche la mancanza di un'ascensore che porta alle camere.

Pros:

Posizzione della struttura eccezionale parcheggio privato e che non è poco a Vieste essendo quasi in centro storico. Negli appartenenti cè tutto il necessario per cucinare e sono molto puliti.Personale sempre disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi problema vacanze propio azzeccate in pieno grazie sopratutto Svevo sea House

Okay but you could find better for the money

Fantastic location with easy walk to the old town and the beach. Very helpful staff

Cons:

The superior sea view which we paid extra for was actually just from the corner of our balcony, mostly we looked over the car park which was very disappointing. We were offered another room but the view was no better. We stayed 7 days and had no clean towels or sheets ( I think you could pay for some but that seems a bit mean considering we paid the full daily rate each day). Also nothing was provided at all like cleaning materials, spare bin bags, etc so we had to go out and buy all this. At over £1000 for a week I thought that was mean too.

Pros:

Bel residence in cima alla collina con vista sulla spiaggia del Pizzomunno. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili a tutti i bisogni dei clienti, se aggiungiamo una bella piscina, camere belle con una doccia delle più comode che abbiamo mai trovato in una struttura . Posizionato direttamente a metà strada tra centro e spiagge tutti due molto vicini

Tutto ottimo tranne la comodità del materasso. Ogni mattina mi svegliavo con schiena e collo a pezzi.
