Un residence davvero curato, ci tornerei molto volentieri!
Pros:

Si vede che chi ha progettato questo hotel ha pensato a tutto. La stanza era semplicemente perfetta: ogni dettaglio studiato con cura, dalle prese elettriche posizionate dove servono davvero, agli interruttori, alle griglie di scarico, allo spazio nei mobili. Tutto funzionante alla perfezione e in condizioni impeccabili, come se fosse nuovo. Una rarità!
La doccia è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ampia e comodissima. Era già presente un phon con tutti i suoi adattatori (compreso un diffusore).
E apprezzo molto che il letto avesse lenzuola e coperte separate invece del solito piumone (con il quale ho sempre troppo caldo).
La posizione è ottima: una Lidl proprio di fronte, la stazione ferroviaria a due passi e il centro di Latisana raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
E ho potuto parcheggiare direttamente davanti all'ingresso della mia stanza, che si trovava al piano terra.
Non ho avuto neccessità di usare la cucina, ma nella stanza era presente un ampio frigorifero, un lavandino e un piano cottura a induzione, con tutte le stoviglie necessarie.

Sono rimasto 4 notti e ogni giorno venivano sostituiti gli asciugamani e riforniti i prodotti da bagno.

Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

E' saltata la luce una sera per diversi minuti, ma comunque ogni spazio aveva le sue luci di emergenza che hanno fatto il loro dovere. Quindi dopotutto anche questo è stato positivo.

Für uns hat alles gepasst. gerne wieder....
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel quasi als "Zwischenstation" für eine Weiterreise Richtung Süden genutzt. Die günstige Lage zur Autobahn war wohl mit ein Kriterium. Wir konnten den Außenpool nutzen, uns von der Anfahrt im Liegestuhl erholen. Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht einfach Klasse. Auswahl und Qualität wirklich gut. So konnten wir gut gestärkt unsere Weiterreise fortsetzen. Ja, und auch das Personal war wirklich freundlich. Letztlich zwei Gründe wiederzukommen.

Cons:

Un tecnico è entrato in camera mentre dormivamo.
La colazione povera e vecchia di giorni.
Il pranzo che era esposto all'aria con mosche che svolazzavano sopra (c'erano anche le mozzarelle... Spero che nessuno le abbia mangiate!).
La descrizione su booking non corrispondeva alla realtà, la piscina non era riservata all'hotel e la stanza non era come descritta.

Grosser Pool, ebenerdige große Zimmer. E-Bikes waren gut abstellbar in einem verschlossenen Raum, mit Lademöglichkeit

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war keiner zu erreichen. Es dauerte eine halbe Stunde, bis wir einchecken konnten

Ottima struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Struttura nuova, camera ben arredata e spaziosa con cucina, bagno e ampia scrivania. Colazione molto buona e abbondante con ampia scelta. Presente piscina e ampio parcheggio.

Cons:

Le colonnine elettriche sono installate di recente ma non ancora avviate. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Der Pool, die Lage und das gesamte Ambiente.

Cons:

Die technische Ausstattung (Klima, Bad) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Betten und speziell die Kissen sollten komfortabler sein.
Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört fast alles vom Nachbarn und von unten.
