Perfect stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Nice townhome recently renovated. It was small but perfect for our short stay. Futon was comfortable and the in unit amenities were great!

The host even had a gift waiting for us upon check in! Overall I’d stay here again!

また利用します。
Pros:

場所が祇園ということもあり、
バス停も近く大変便利。
そしてとても静かでした。
おしゃれで清潔感もあり大変スタッフも親切。
簡易キッチンなどもありとても快適でした。

Cons:

簡易キッチンの使い方がわかる説明書がない。
クローゼットはあるけど、
ちょっとコートをかけるフックなどがない
など、ちょっとした事が気になる。
キッチンにタオル掛けがないとか
トイレで手を洗ってタオルで拭くまでに
床が水滴だらけになる。等

お風呂の故障なのか？
1度目はお湯が溢れてしまい
2度目は低い水位で止まっていたので
一度、お風呂の点検をされることをお勧めします。

つらつらと書いてしまいましたが
凄く過ごしやすかったので
もっと良くなることを期待して書きました。

Perfect stay in Kyoto
Pros:

The place was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for our two week stay in Kyoto. The heated floors were a nice touch after cold days outside. The location was perfect and on a quiet street away from the noise. I will for sure be staying again on my next visit to Kyoto.

Cons:

I would suggest having a container or two for people who would like to cook and want to store leftovers in the fridge.

If staying in Kyoto, do yourself a favor… stay here. Accessible, affordable and clean.
Pros:

This stay is one of my very top in all of traveling. The attention to detail is incredible and Mr. Takase San thought of everything. He even met us late as our flight into Japan was delayed by a few hours. It was spotless, they come and provide clean linens and towels everyday. It’s truly spectacular.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we did not like!

Great amenities and facilities. Good central location!
Pros:

Comfortable and clean facilities provided. All the amenities you could need for a great 3 night stay including washing machine, heated floors. Nice and safe neighbourhood and close to Fresco.

Our host, Takakse-san is very welcoming and explained how all the amenities work and provided a binder with more details. It definitely helps when the washing machine and TV is in Japanese. Housekeeping is provided everyday.

Cons:

There was a flight of stairs to get to the second floor and no elevator. It was a bit difficult with large suitcases but we managed ok. Our host helped us with the bags upon check in.

교토에서 관광지 주변 숙소를 찾는다면 이 곳이 최고입니다.
Pros:

우선 교토 여행의 중심인 니넨자카, 산넨자카 중심 거리와 가까운 곳에 4인이 머무를 수 있는 숙소를 찾았는데 그 중 시설이 가장 깔끔하고 인테리어와 편리한 공간 구조가 너무 마음에 들었고, 화장실과 방이 2개여서 이용하기 너무 좋았습니다. 화장실에 욕조도 있어서 추운 날씨에는 목욕을 즐기기에도 너무 좋았습니다! 욕조는 성인 남성도 편하게 이용할 수 있는 크기였습니다. 또한 무료로 제공해주시는 웰컴 티와 네스프레소 커피 머신과 커피 캡슐이 있어 더욱 더 감동하였습니다. 심지어 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 이전 시간에 도착한다고 말씀 드리니, 친절하게 체크인도 도와주시고 안내해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 부모님과 여행에 잡은 숙소였는데 너무 만족하셨네요, 주변 지인들에게도 교토에 여행 온다면 이 숙소에서 묵으라고 추천까지 하셨습니다 ㅎㅎ

+ 장기간 숙박하시는 분들은 세탁 및 건조가 가능한 세탁기가 있으니 숙소 이용이 더 편리할것 같습니다!

2월에 방문하여 추운 날씨였습니다. 전반적으로 히터와 난방이 가능하여 거실과 방 1개는 따뜻하게 이용이 가능하였지만, 다른 한 방이 다다미 방으로 되어있어 난방이 안되어서 자는 동안 추웠습니다.
