Well placed clean flat with 2 bedrooms .
Pros:

Well placed and clean, no staff on the site that we saw but it all went smoothly and great laundry area on the top floor with a terrace to dry clothes.

Cons:

The lounge is really small for 4 people yet the 2 bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom is very small too.

Pros:

Hotel is in a very quiet but well located area. Easy train access, and very accommodating and communicative staff. Super easy to work with. Check in and check out process super simple. They also accept luggage forwarding so if you're traveling from another hotel you can easily have your luggage sent which is extremely convenient. Rooms are essentially worth what you pay for, very very clean and maintained.

Cons:

The only bad thing about this hotel is probably the windows in the rooms seem to be very thin and not so sound proof. You can hear everything going on outside but other than that everything else is exceptional.

Lo venden como un apartamento para cuatro personas pero en verdad es un apartamento de 2 en el cual han metido dos camas en el pasillo.

Muy incomodo para dormir cuatro. La luz de emergencia alumbra muchisimo el pasillo y nl se puede dormir.

Pensaba que era muy barato pero viendo la experiencia, creo que no compensa

良かった点は無いが。
強いて言えば、強いて言えば、部屋がそれなりに広かったことだけ。

Cons:

そもそもホテルに入れない。電話で聞いていた話と違う。出てくる人出てくる人全員外国人で、ホテルの従業員らしい人も日本語どころか英語すら話せないので、宿泊客の外国人の協力を得てようやく中に入れた。だがしかし、入ったはいいが部屋の番号すらわからないし、それを教えてもくれない。更に、部屋の設備も聞いていた話しと違うし、テレビも見れないし、バスローブ等も無いし、ベッドもツインで予約したはずなのにダブルがひとつという有様。まるで泊まるホテルそのものを間違えたかのような対応に、日本とは思えない居心地の悪さだった。ホテルに入ってからはチェックアウトまで外に出なかったのだが、仮に外出したとしたら二度と部屋には入れなかっただろうと思うと、この手のところは使うべきではないと思った。

Pros:

The location was great, close to the subway station and convenience store. The staff were fast to reply to our messages and help out if anything was needed.

Cons:

It is quite cold in the whole building and apartment (we asked for a heater but it didn't make much difference) and not so much space for luggage if you're 4 people.
There was nowhere to hang your towels after showering, quite annoying since it was already to
ght with space.

Absolutely great place to stay.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at STone Hotel Tokyo. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the station and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Communication with the staff was clear, quick, and very friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
