Absolutely brilliant and definitely recommend
Pros:

Our room was excellent and I can see why they get such good reviews.
Could not fault them and will be coming back here next year.

Pirceworthy hotel in a good area.

雖然飯店已經遠離主要道路，但是因為週邊巷道太安靜了，還是會聽到車輛行駛的聲音，但是不至於影響睡眠。

Very convenient and we'll located between a metro and a JR station. One station away from Dotonbori. The room was spacious and good bathroom

Great value and clean and tidy!
Pros:

We are family of four, two adults and two teenagers. This hotel was a perfect stay for our 3 nights in Osaka. Close to the metro station, Daikokucho. The apartment was normal size for Japan not huge but space was used well. It was tidy, secure and clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. The washing machine was handy and we used the dryer in the main bathroom also. Kitchen had a fridge also good for 7-11 snacks!

Cons:

Beds are a tad firm but that's just personal preference.
