overall awesome experience . would stay there again
Pros:

1. the baggage storage area was really good . has locks and everything. the lobby also had a toilet
2. location close to convenience store and the station . close to coin laundry too (room has washer but no dryer)
3. having a separation sliding door inside the room that separates the two beds is a huge bonus .
4. a vending machine right outside is great to buy a morning coffee

Cons:

1. not really a dislike . but if they could place like a small table and chair in the room would be nice . since the room includes a full kitchen, would need a place to eat the food that we cooked.

2. i understand the room tax, it would be nice if i could have paid that when i made the booking, instead of when i arrived at the hotel

Idéal pour visiter Osaka en quelques jours
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé , pas loin d’une station de métro et proche des lieux touristiques d’Osaka , la chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, bien équipé avec un petit espace cuisine et un lave linge. À l’accueil le Check in et Check out se fait sur une tablette mais il y’a quand même du personnel sur place au cas où . Possibilité de déposer les valises à l’accueil si vous arrivez en avance .

Cons:

Un peu bruyant par moments la nuit niveau circulation

Very solid
Pros:

For Japanese standards, a pleasantly spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. The area is quiet, but the metro is just a few minutes away. Several convenience stores, a large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants are right around the corner. Internet was consistently fast.

Cons:

Checkout is quite early at 10am, neighbours were clearly audible through the walls and the labels on appliances (AC, washing machine etc.) are only in Japanese, which made them hard to use.

ผังห้อง กว้างขวาง ทำเลดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า supermarket ร้านอาหาร

Cons:

จองผ่าน booking มา ตัดชำระตามกำหนดซึ่งในระบบแจ้งว่าชำระรวมภาษีแล้ว แต่พอถึงที่พักต้องมาชำระภาษีเพิ่ม งงมาก ควรแจ้งให้ชัดก่อน

Logement propre et spacieux, un peu éloigné de Namba

Logement très propre et spacieux

Cons:

Logement qui manque tout de même de décoration pour s'y sentir comme chez soi.
Logement accessible de l'extérieur via un balcon/terrasse : l'entrée des différentes chambres ne s'effectue pas à l'intérieur du bâtiment, ce qui donne un effet moins "cosy".
Un peu loin de Namba.

Absolutely brilliant and definitely recommend
Pros:

Our room was excellent and I can see why they get such good reviews.
Could not fault them and will be coming back here next year.

How inconsiderate people are and making excessive noise even though it requests you not to as your in a urban environment.
