위치도 좋고 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 뷰가 너무 마음에 들었습니다.
지하 주차장 이용이 안되는점이 아쉽습니다. 짐이 많은 고객은 불편할것 같습니다.

.숙소의 위치는 청초호반 있어 비교적 좋음.
.숙소가 자체 건물이 있지 않고 썬라이즈 호텔 건물에 있으며, 숙소 주인이 숙소를 따로 관리하는 것이라고 함(썬라이즈 얘기).
.청결상태가 다소 불량해 보이고, 슬리퍼도 낡아 일부가 손상이 되어 있어 신고 싶은 생각이 나지 않음.
.특히 화장실 내부의 샤워공간의 일부가 트여 있어 샤워 시 물이 화장실 쪽으로 튀고, 흘러나가 매우 신경이 쓰였음.
.간단한 티 테이블이나 의자도 없어 매우 불편함. 원래 원룸시설이었는지 붙박이 장이 공간을 많이 차지하여 그 결과
단순 이용자에게는 공간이 작음.(3인실)
.청초호 방향의 6층에 머물렀었는데 앞 건물들의 옥상에 지저분한 설비가 너무 두드러져 호수조망에 메리트가 없었음.
.간단한 취사시설이 있으나 사용할 수 없다고 함.
시내라서 여러모로 편리하였읍니다
욕실 수건 컵등에 대한 위생개념이 없었읍니다
It's located right next to the Sokcho Tourist Seafood Market and so many other places that are a must visit.
Even though it's not so close to Sokcho Beach, it's close to transport so can access it easily.
It's 20-30min walk to Yeounggeumjeong and like 10-15min to Abai village so it's perfect!
Also I stayed for 2 nights, and I was able to request for cleaning the next day which I forgot, but they hung spare towels and waters which was so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.
Also the balcony views are immaculate! Make sure to get Mountain view room.
The stool wasn't as clean, but I didn't use it so it's ok.
Also hotel name was Sunrise Hotel, maybe they share the hotel but it was a little confusing so I had to ask the reception. But reception is for Sunrise Hotel and World State is just self-checkin budget friendly(?) hotel.
The lake view was nice.
Even if cooking is not allowed, I would like to see plates, cups and spoons provided.
Great location near the central market. Easy to reach from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. Convenience store inside the hotel, many cafes and restaurants around it, too. Size of the room was decent, price was good and lovely view of the bay.
Communication with the person that is managing the bookings is not great. I asked specifically if receiving the check-in instructions to a foreign phone number would be ok weeks in advance. No answer until the evening before check-in saying they can't find my booking and I should provide booking details. Fortunately by then I had a Korean phone number to receive the booking confirmation and instructions.
The floor of the room wasn't clean - a lot of dust, dirt marks and strands of hair. No room slippers provided which made the first point even worse. The chairs also had marks and crumbs on them. No hooks near the entrance for coats/jackets. Only one coffee and one tea capsule for two people for 2 nights. Complimentary water bottles were not refilled (probably have to be requested with a clean up/towel change which we did not need for 2 nights!). The mosquito screen in front of the balcony door was not properly installed which lead to a lot of mosquitos coming into the room when opening the door which was quite annoying. Only tiny trash can (even after 2 nights we already had so much plastic and nowhere to put it).

Checking in was a pain, we didn’t receive any code and when some sleepy person (4pm) finally reacted we found ourselves in front of a closed door having to access a link with the only Wi-Fi available 8 floors below.
Breakfast is not included but guest are not allowed to use the kitchen in the room (high fines for “cooking”) and not even a teaspoon is available.
I think it would great if you could actually cook in the room since the facilities and the products are available. Secondly it would be amazing if since there is a washing room, you gave detergent for laundry.
