Guesthouse heeft centrale locatie. Loopafstand van d metro winkels coffeeshops en restaurants. Net ingerichte kamer. Schone badkamer. Check in via code, verstuurd via WhatsApp, werkte goed en vlot. Krultang en beamer + scherm op de kamer.
Ik begrijp niet dat geen enkele review waarschuwt voor het grote minpunt van dit guesthouse: de accommodatie ligt pal naast en boven een restaurant dat tot diep in de nacht open is en een luidspreker aan de gevel met luide muziek heeft hangen. Tijdens mijn overnachting ging de muziek tot zeker 01.45AM door. Ik kon de muziek horen ondanks de oordopjes. Vanwege dit lawaai ben ik de volgende ochtend naar een ander hotel gegaan.
Andere minpunten: geen waterkoker of bekers op de kamer. Er zijn wel n krultang koelkast en beamer op de kamer maar een waterkoker of beker is te veel moeite. Er is een water dispenser op de 5e v maar geen bekers of cups.
Minpunt: let op dit guesthouse heeft geen lift. Er zijn 4 verdiepingen.
De entree is smoezelig en ruikt nat en vies.
Het trappenhuis is donker.

위치가 술거리 바로 앞이라서 좋았고 소파와 빔프로젝터가 인상적이었습니다. 또한 저렴한 가격에 1박하기 좋았습니다
주변 주점들의 야간 소음에 대한 방음이 잘 안되는 편이고(이어플러그를 제공합니다) 1층의 보안이 잘 되는지 조금 걱정됩니다.

Neighbor is not very kids friendly.
Room was clean and well maintained. Location is quite convenient
The most facilities which are listed were not available. Quite congested to accommodate 3 people.
They provided a lot of amenities like towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. It was also decently spacious and location is super good right next to the exit and central area.
The beds are really bad, and you have to go to the rooftop to separate the trash on your own.

The room is clean with everything you need, there's a manual with instructions for the projector which is dope.
The area is central and has plenty of food and drinking options along won't cheap arcades.
The host is easy to contact on WhatsApp and line, we decided to stay an additional night.
The shower pressure is good and there's a cold And boiling water dispenser at the entrance.
Close to subway and Seomyon area. Nice projector TV.
Absentee hotel staff- like Air B&B, difficult to find, noisy. no screens in windows so when it was too warm and we opened the windows, the room got lots of mosquitoes. The bed was terrible- felt the springs.
