Очень уютная атмосфера в номере. Номер небольшой,но все необходимое есть. А еще понравился большой балкон с креслами с видом на город. Кровать очень удобная,подушки-так себе.Постельное белье исключительное(белоснежное,отглаженное, приятно было на нем спать).Чайный набор есть.Тапочки,халаты и принадлежности для ванной комнаты есть. Мы второй раз в этом отеле и вернемся еще,Единственным минусом было отсутствие завтрака,т.к. ресторан закрыли полностью.

Если бы не понравилось,не вернулись бы во-второй раз))

Удобное месторасположение, если планируете мероприятие в Барыс-Арена

Cons:

Номер без окон, из за этого очень душный, даже после того как отключили в номере отопление. Площадь номера терпимая, но организован непродуманно и не удобно: чтобы положить что то в шкаф, нужно вытащить стул. А чтобы воспользоваться холодильником, навалиться на стол Самое неудобное, что отсутствуют завтраки, хотя на фото и в описании есть, а ближайшие кафе по выходным открываются поздно

Номер уютный, персонал приветливый, завтрак вкусный. Но были и неожиданные неприятности, цену при заселении указали друг

Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Интересный интерьер. Номер хоть и небольшой, но уютный и теплый. Очень удобная кровать.

Очень удачное расположение у отеля! Классный ресторан при отеле.
Pros:

Маленький, но очень уютный отель, хорошо провела время, вкусно поужинали в ресторане, переночевала с комфортом. Искала специально недалеко от Астана Арена, чтобы пойти на концерт JLo, все ожидания совпали, локация прям классная, все недалеко, и Ботанический сад, и Астана Арена, рядом много кафе и магазинчиков, днем дошла пешком до Mega. Просто никаких нареканий.
