Great place to stay in chefchaouen.
Pros:

Wonderful, helpful staff. Location is good for the Medina. My apartment was spectacular furnished in Moroccan design. Good bed, hot water, and tea anytime of day or night. Tasty breakfast.

All good.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Chefchaouen à pied car à deux pas de la médina. On a garé la voiture devant l'hôtel. On avait un appartement avec une belle chambre, un petit salon marocain, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner copieux servi dans la chambre. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. A proximité de tout. Calme

Exceptionnel et accueillant !
Pros:

Accueil et service impeccables !! Nous avons eu un peu de difficultés avec la superbe chambre de style marocain ( salle de bain trop petit pour mon ami agé) et Monsieur Aziz nous a proposé directement une chambre différente mais plus adaptée. La literie est super confortable et les équipements neufs et complets.
Petit déjeuner en chambre, simple mais complet. Il faut demander le café si on ne veut pas de thé.

Cons:

Mélangeur de douche un peu sensible et évier pas correctement fixé…Mais c’est vraiment du détail !
Un peu de beurre pour les pains du petit déjeuner seraient bienvenus 😉

Pros:

I liked the very friendly and efficient welcome.
My suite was spacious and clean.
The breakfast that was brought to my room was very good.

Cons:

I was a little surprised that my breakfast tray wasn't cleared, it was still in my room when the following mornings breakfast was delivered.

Chez Aziz does everything to ensure a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Property is in a good location to access the Medina, we had parking at our doorstep, the room we had was quite original which was nice and Mohammed looked after us very well. The rooftop terrace was also very comfortable and breakfasts were delivered to our room.

Excellent location and services 👌
Pros:

If you don't want to drag your luggages up hills and over cobbled stones then this hotel is a great choice. The hotel location is about 7 minutes walk to the old town, market, ATM. Staff is friendly. Exterior and interior off the hotel are authentic design. Room size is good for the price I paid, well arranging and including everything that are necessary for our 4 night stayed. Don't forget to view the city from the top terrace of the hotel with beautiful moroccan decorations 😀

Cons:

I would suggest the following:
- It would be good if lighting is brighter at the stepping to the first floor (reception toilet area). When returning to the hotel from outside, it's hard to see the stairs right away due to the contrasts. Increasing the light would avoid any future accidents.
- Maybe the classic omelette should be on the breakfast menu 😋
