Great location, easy walk to everything. Great vibe in the neighborhood!
Pros:

Great breakfast, plentiful and tasty. Kind staff and someone was always there to assist. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Lovely enclosed room on the top floor with large windows looking at the Rif mountains. Comfortable seating and cozy thick blankets!

Cons:

It was cold when we arrived and both the hotel and the beautiful, historic rooms we booked were just too cold for comfort. Hotel staff were very accommodating in moving us into a newer room with a heat pump. The room was much smaller but had everything we needed.

A fantastic experience during Ramadan. The staff went overboard every day.
Pros:

This was really an apartment with a terrace and was wonderful, full of everything you need and elegantly decorated.

Для комфортного проживания в зимний период необходимо установить какой-то обогреватель
Pros:

Очень атмосферный номер, всё выполнено в марокканском стиле. Есть собственная кухня с минимальной посудой. Очень приятно открывать дверь на балкон и слушать звук города.

Cons:

В феврале было холодно ночью, но работал только 1 кондиционер в центральной комнате. От второго не было вовсе пульта управления. Душ принять было не возможно из-за холода.

Truly amazing
Pros:

It was very clean and well maintained. The staff very helpful. Beautiful rooms and decor. Authentic Moroccan feel. Rustic and homely. Loved it. We had mint tea on request

Een erg aangenaam verblijf!
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, en we hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. We konden ook de hele dag door lekkere muntthee krijgen en je kon gratis tegenover het hotel parkeren. Ook was het slechts een paar minuutjes lopen vanaf het centrum van Chefchouen. Het ontbijt krijg je op de kamer en was zeer uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Ik vond zelf dat de badkamer wel ietsje schoner kon zijn.

Pros:

La residenza, già dall’ingresso, appare splendida: ricca di oggetti antichi e con uno staff davvero cordiale. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un delizioso tè alla menta. L’appartamentino, tipicamente marocchino, ci è piaciuto tantissimo: un luogo magico, da “Le mille e una notte”. Ogni dettaglio della stanza era semplicemente favoloso. Siamo arrivati in moto e abbiamo potuto lasciare i mezzi proprio di fronte alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!

Просто замечательно все здесь, невероятно интересный и необычный отель,с огромным количеством антикварных вещей, которые хочется рассматривать! Чай можно пить в любое время бесплатно, это ведь так просто дать чай гостю, но не все до этого додумались. Номер был как из сказки, потрясающая терасса и великолепный персонал. Мы оставались в 8 отелях(риядах) и здесь было лучше всего. Однозначно вам понравится.
Расположение не в медине и это прекрасно, есть своя парковка, рядом магазинчики, нам порекомендовали вкусное кафе, где мы ели самый вкусный таджин.
Если мы когда-нибудь вернёмся, то только сюда

Pros:

Отель безумно понравился! Огромные номера - спальня, зал и кухня, чисто, приятные сотрудники.
До Медины 5 минут, в 30 минутах есть красивая смотровая.
Потрясающая терраса на крыше 😍 номер как из арабской сказки, очень атмосферно, просторно и необычно.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки, они огромные и очень вкусные! Вся выпечка всегда горячая и свежая.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. В 5:30 слышно пение из мечети, а когда ложишься спать шум города. В целом, мы так уставали, что нам это спать не помешало.
