Pros:

Большие апартаменты, идеально для пары с детьми. Все супер чисто, хорошие комнаты, кухня, ванная. Все как на фото. Все нужное было в апартаментах

Cons:

Шумоизоляция - очень слышно соседей, и первый этаж - не было очень комфортно для одной женщины с двумя детьми.
Диван для детей был не удобный, пришлось его передвинуть к стенке, так как он разъезжался, если там спят двое. Возможно мы не поняли, как его скрепить между собой…
В остальном все очень хорошо.

I highly recommend the Villa Kurland's two-bedrooms apartment for holidays in Ventspils.
Pros:

The two-bedrooms apartment is excellent for four people, but can also comfortably accomodate five-six people. The two-bedrooms apartment is at the 2nd floor of the building which is located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment's interior is a pleasant combination of retro and modernity. The apartments are handed over clean. The staircase is also clean and has lockable doors (with code). The check-in and check-out to the apartments is non-contact, so you can arrive at the first day anytime after 15:00 and you will find apartment's key in a lockable box (with code). Free-of-charge car parking is in front of the apartment's building. Car parking in other streets of Ventspils, including beach's parking, is also free-of-charge. The sandy, wide, clean beach with a Blue Flag is ~2 km away from the apartments, so is reachable in ~5 minutes by car or in ~30 minutes by foot.

The two-bedrooms apartment is spacious and has six separate rooms (two bedrooms, living room with sofa + armchair + TV, kitchen and two bathrooms). Both bedrooms and bathrooms has separate entrances from kitchen and living room, so not sleeping guests can comfortably spend their time in kitchen and living room without awaking other sleeping guests in bedrooms. Living room and one bedroom windows has views to an old church, which provides an old town experience, while kitchen and another bedroom windows has views to the inner courtyard and they are pleasantly illuminated by morning sun.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: electric stove, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine with beans, microwave oven, table with four chairs, etc. All equipment and furnitures in the apartment look new and equipment work properly. So you can easily prepare food in the apartment or eat at Ventspils restaurants with mostly reasonable prices. Restaurants and shops are located not far from the apartments, so they are easily accessible on foot.

Cons:

I did not encounter any drawbacks in the two-bedrooms apartment.

Historical building stay
Pros:
