Un hotel bastante desatendido
Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación y las instalaciones han sido renovadas hace poco

Cons:

No hay mantenimiento y, aunque las instalaciones son bastante buenas, están mal cuidadas. Hacía frío en la habitación y me dieron una manta extra ya avanzada la noche. Apenas hay personal atendiendo la llegada de los huéspedes y cualquier necesidad que pueda presentarse

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was excellent!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable and felt very safe! Javier was an amazing host! I like the location as well, it is very close to supermarkets, the gas station and restaurants. Overall, we had a nice experience!

Cons:

The only issue I noticed is that we were missing a closet/wardrobe to hang our clothes inside the room. For the rest we do not have any other complaints.

Good hotel , good location, clean and perfect for one or two nights!!
Pros:

Everything was ok, but I did not like to pay an extra fee for booking of $20.00 ,is this normal ,or it shoud be included in the normal rate you get ,when you make the reservation? regards Fernando Armida.

The room the garage for the car, the location,not like It shoud has a restaurant,maybe pool...

Pros:

The staff was very helpful in calling taxis for me and in responding to requests.

The hotel has a cozy, nice open air restaurant.

The room was stylish and comfortable.

I would definitely stay there again if my travels brought me back to Avandaro.

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing. The place looks nothing like the pictures, the hotel staff have no clue of anything when we had questions, they spoke rudely to us.
