Cons:

The man at the front desk, whose name I believe was David, was openly and consistently rude. On check-in he attempted to charge us additional fees without clear explanation. It was also the waiter’s day off, and when we asked who might assist us with our breakfast orders, he suggested we speak directly to the cook, as he did not work in the kitchen. Fortunately, Jesús, who was cleaning the pool, stepped in and kindly attended to us. Finally, at check-out, he again wanted us to pay extra without any explanation, creating an atmosphere of discomfort and mistrust that stood in stark contrast to the rest of the experience.

Our flight was delayed, we booked this place bc it’s a walk from the airport. We had a big bag full of surf bags, the woman picked us up and stayed there late. This place is clean and comfortable, very friendly staff

Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was basic but fulfilled our needs.
Pros:

Convenient for the airport. Great pool facility.

Although the shower water was hot in the evening There was no hot water in the morning.

Pros:

The location is excellent if you are flying into/out of Zihuatanejo airport - a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. For example, as all the restaurants nearby were closed, they helped me order food for delivery. When the delivery did not arrive, they drove me to a local restaurant and waited to drive me back to the hotel.
