Pros:

I had a great stay with my family last Saturday. We encountered an issue at the apartment we initially booked different property but after a few hours the organizer quickly moved us to a different unit just 10 minutes away due to some issues.. The agent was very responsive and took full responsibility for resolving the situation. Highly recommend and will definitely stay in touch with the agent for our next trip. Thank you! 😊

Would be good if thorough check was done before guests check in. Improve on Internet pls.
