Cons:

Okay first thing, the management never ask about when will be the ETA from the guest. So I was stucked by some personal stuff and actually arrived late, about 12am like that. This facility needs an assessing QR code from each and every guest who wants to come into the apartment. Okay fine, so they provided the registration link for QR code and I submitted and screenshoted the QR to ease myself from entry at 8pm. When I reached the lobby and the guard asked for the QR code for scanning, he told me that the QR was invalid and requested me to provide a new QR code for entry so I try to contacted the management by calling them. I called for multiple times and none of it were picked up!! This is so irresponsible and not empathy at all after this incident happened to me and I just got a reply on the next day that are u finally manage to enter the stay?? Hello, was that the correct way u treat ur guest like that? No any sorry by the inconvenience was giving to me. And very luckily the guard manage to make me up after viewing my chat with the management with the payment receipt etc...
No more for this irresponsible homestay
Bad experience ever!! Plus old wooden furniture which doesn't suit the room at all, seems like anytime it will be broke like that.

Pros:

1. The apartment was very clean, the linen and bathroom were super clean.

Cons:

1. The location though was in the city, but still in the middle of nowhere. No MRT?LRT station nearby.
2. Only few buses to take you to the city, that too after multiple changes.
3. The Building Scott looked very deserted, barring a few offices and restaurants everything seem to have closed it looks derelict. The lobbys in the building are not clean.

Cons:

The pictures and actual totally different,very dissatisfaction, disappoinment.not clean especially toilet.flooring sharp edge.
