Payment is due 14 days before arrival, with our secure payment link sent via email.

Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights.

Final cleaning is included for all stays.

Parking is available for an extra fee.

The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.6 feet high.

If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.

The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings are subject to individual assessment.

In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).

A valid ID must be presented at check-in.

Fin leilighet med det man trenger i rolig, inngjerdet leilighetskompleks

Cons:

savnet en hylle i dusjen for å sette dusjting på, og overmadrass på enkeltseng kunne vært byttet da den var ned nedsunket.

Trivelig leilighet i hjertet av Oslo
Pros:

Beliggenheten, selve leiligheten var veldig bra. Trivelig plass i rolige omgivelser. Sentralt og lett å finne fram. Hyggelig dame i resepsjonen. Kommer gjerne tilbakei

Cons:

Ingen morgen eller formiddagssol på verandaen. Litt spartansk utstyrt: Manglet termokanne til kaffe og mugge
Såvidt nok toalettpapir. Merkinga for søppelsortering i søppelrommet kunne vært bedre.

Excellent option with balcony at the best neighbourhood of Oslo
Pros:

Full equipped apartment at an optimal location.
Lovely balcony. Comfortable bed. Lots of space.

Cons:

Would be nice having some basic stuff for cooking, oil/butter for example. Anyway, we found our way.
Opening the trash room can be challenging.

O apartamento fica a 10 min da estação de trem, ônibus, em cima de um supermercado. Dispõe de utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar, aspirador de pó e uma pequena varanda com jardim.

Cons:

Estávamos com uma bebê e não havia toalha para ela ou qualquer travesseiro ou local para que ela dormisse. Sinalizei na recepção onde pegamos a chave (em um prédio) e não enviaram outra toalha! Além disso, a cama também era bastante desconfortável e o box para banho pequeno para pessoas grandes.

Très bien équipé mais idéal pour sécher le linge très vite avec la chaleur permanente.
Pros:

Les arrêts de bus pas loin et la gare à proximité, le supermarché juste en bas. Les équipements et la présence indispensable d'un ventilateur !

Cons:

La chaleur dans l'appartement, une fournaise, impossible à rafraîchir même la nuit malgré les 2 petites fenêtres ouvertes, la grande fenêtre de la chambre était impossible à ouvrir car pas de poignée! C'est bien dommage car la nuit il faisait bien 30 degrés dans l'appartement alors que dehors il faisait 15 degrés... Un vrai four !

Fin leilighet med stor balkong, sentralt beliggende.
Cons:

Vi kom frem sent på kvelden og det var mørkt. Vanskelig å finne inngang til bygning i mørke. Fikk hjelp av noen lokale folk til å komme inn på området. Det var veldig varmt i leiligheta da vi omsider fant riktig bygning. Burde vært en tydeligere beskrivelse med nøkkel i nøkkelboks.

Has potential but wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Location was good, close to train station. It is spacious.

Cons:

They don't provide any toiletries, not even hand soap (although they provide dishwasher and washing machine tablets). It was very warm when I stayed and I was provided with a fan, but it was still too hot in the apartment, and I couldn't open the bedroom window, as the handle is taken off due to "security measures". They could have the window open in slightly, the way the window does in the living area. Also, the way the bathroom is setup, the water from my shower came close to the washing machine - not the safest. The washing machine only seemed to work on a couple of cycles - you could turn it on and it would make noise and the timer would count down, but the machine didn't move your clothes.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt und als wir die Abkürzungswege durch den Bahnhof gefunden hatten auch gut zu Fuß zu nutzen

Schön groß toller Balkon,
Gut zu verdunkeln
Gut zu kochen und frühstücken
Gepäck konnte in der Zentrale nahe Gleise gelassen werden

Cons:

Es war zu warm und keine Klimaanlage, Fenster nur zu kippen
Hat leider gerochen als wäre intensiv geraucht worden und dann mit Spray bekämpft

Äventyrs resan i Norge.
Pros:

Nybyggt fräscht hus, lägenhet. Stort kök, vardagsrum. Mysigt balkong med bord och stolar. Uppskattade verkligen att jag fick en lägenhet på sjunde våningen så jag fick en väldigt bra utsikt över staden. Nära till mataffärer, centralstationen,stan. Hamnen och fin promenad längs vattnet. Nära till Oslo Operan.
Praktiskt med tvättmaskin.
Skönt dubbelsäng.

Cons:

Finns inga tv kanaler på teven.
Var lite smutsigt på golvet i badrummet. Fett fläckar på glas bordet i vardagsrummet. Och på stora fönstret i vardagsrummet. Brist med yta när det gäller köksbänken. Fanns ingenstans att stå och skära mat på skärbrädan då micron, kaffebryggaren stod i vägen.
Badrummet var mindre och trängre än på bilderna.

Lokacija je izvrsna, blizu autobusnog i željezničkog kolodvora, suoermarketa. Apartman je bio jako čist i lijepo uređen. Upute koje smo dobili oko check in i check Out jasne i pregledne.
