Good position but apartments inconsistent
Pros:

Location was very central. Views & balconies good . Car park pass was very helpful & convenient. Great communication with hosts.

Cons:

Poor water pressure, slippery floor of showers, in need of some renovations ( all 3 apartments had different issues )

Pros:

Fantastic location and view to the water and mountains

Cons:

Needs a better shower, no window in second bedroom, common areas are tired. Quite noisy with construction works going in the building.

Pros:

首先地理位置是真不错，就在码头，参加一日游或者游玩设施时非常方便，当然其实皇后镇也不大，倒是也不必一定要住在这么中心的位置。但从房间阳台看出去就是镇中心的感觉还是挺好的。
工作人员也挺好，虽然没见面，但交流很顺畅，我们因为是中午的飞机到达，到达时才不到两点，也让我们提前入住了。
房间虽然没有电梯，而且我也有大箱子，但我觉得也还好，就是入住和退房要搬箱子，也不是很麻烦。

Cons:

首先一套房子有两个房间，其中一个房间没有可以打开的窗户，并且窗户是磨砂的。也就是说窗户只有一个采光的功能，啥也看不到。介意的要注意这一点。
然后就是…从中午到晚上，在阳台上都能闻到旁边一家餐厅的油烟味…这是我没有想到的！虽然不是特别刺鼻，但它真实存在…所以我在阳台上也没待多久，因为我不能接受我都到新西兰皇后镇了还要在这里闻油烟味…

Pros:

Location is the best I ha E ever seen. Everything is nearby and a short walk away. Special mention to Carolyn. I asked so many questions and every time she answered it with a smile and without breaking a sweat. Thanks you made our stay memorable.

Sensational Stay!
Pros:

Wow what a location! Comfortable and clean! Loved it!

Cons:

If I had to pick anything I’d say the pillows were uncomfortable but then again we’ve been traveling for a bit now and just can’t wait to be back in our own bed again! But honestly couldn’t complain about this place!

Comfortable and convenient stay.
Pros:

Great central location. Easy to get to and to get around. Loved that parking was offered at a discounted rate close by. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All round a lovely stay and would recommend.

Cons:

Water pressure was terrible and having a shower with a baby was impossible as the heat was either too hot or cold.

Pros:

地點在市中心，去坐纜車或參加各種極限運動，走路就可以到，不需要開車，這對遊客來說很方便。

Cons:

沒有電梯，房間在二樓，須自己搬行李上樓。樓下是餐廳，晚上的時候打開陽台會有一點油煙味，但還可以接受。路邊臨停對第一次來的遊客來說有點困難，要找到可以臨停的標記，限時5分鐘。

Location, clean and very comfortable. Prefect for no more then a family of 4
Pros:

LOCATION !!! Is absolutely unbeatable. Beds are comfortable, apartment is very clean. Communication with staff is very efficient. Have all the information we needed plus some on arrival, didn’t need to communicate again.

Cons:

For family of 5 adults a bit too small, that being said we did not spend a great deal of time in our room so it was no big issue to us.
