Pros:

A nice ground floor beach chalet on a quiet beautiful bay. Homely however sadly feedback below let this property down. Bedding very comfortable .

Cons:

Carpet had not been hoovered well. Fan & heater in bathroom had a lot of dust on them, making us wonder how safe they were. Also a lot of cables around place using multi socket adapters- which also seemed hazardous. Fridge in bad need of being defrosted. Informed management company of all this feedback but didn’t get any response.

Excellent value for money , highly recommended
Pros:

It’s extremely well located , set up and well equipped . Kitchen was best we’ve had on our holiday . Quiet location and just meters away from kauri block loop walk and the supermarket and cafes. Comfortable bed , lots of small touches, such as cd player , books , condiments in kitchen .Very good value for money .

Cons:

The dish tv wasn’t capable of picking up around one third of the Freeview stations. A few items are in need of minor repairs , soft was a bit saggy if you have a bad back . The curtains hide the air conditioner control , we searched the entire house for I and I only found it once I fully pulled back the front door curtain . No instructions for operating cooker , we worked it out .all minor niggles I’d still stay again .beware the wood bed frame, my wife who very sensitive skin cut herself on it getting into bed.

Feel at home stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect and we really liked this accommodation. One of the best of 12 locations we stayed without doubt. We felt totally at home in it and everything worked as it should, wi-fi etc.

Cons:

The only thing that puzzled me was there was a bar of soap, some face towels, but it was the only place I stayed at that I could not see shampoo and conditioner etc. other than that it was perfect.
