Pros:

It's very accessible and has a lot of nearby spots. Starbucks, McDonald's, both Fora and Serin. It's also near the bus stop going back to the Metro. The place itself was clean, and the hot water was working great! There's also a pool.

Cons:

Wifi comes and goes. There was also a prankster that turned our water off on both day 1 and 2. Unsure if it was a prankster or someone from the building that handles amenities.
