Nice people, but not the room isn't as good as other hotels.
Pros:

We picked it because it was attached to the mall and we thought it would be very nice. That staff was very nice, but the hotel didn't live up to our expectations.

Cons:

We had booked a room with a kitchen and King bed. We got moved to a room with just a kettle and a fridge. It turns out that the Booking.com listing says "Deluxe King", but the fine print says it's only a Queen bed. We had to be immediately be moved to another room because the first one smelled so bad. The room we ended up with was ok, but not designed well. The only desk to sit at was where the TV was and was a very small shelf to put my laptop on. There was just the one basic chair in the room. Also they don't tell you before you get there, but they do not take credit cards there, so I had to put down a cash deposit for the room and get it back when we left. Ultimately we learned that it's really a condo building where some floors are reserved for hotel rooms. I would rate it 2.5 stars, though I don't have a clear idea of what all the competition is in the Philippines.

It was good and comfortable overall given the location
Pros:

The original room we booked was cancelled due to sewage gas leak thou it was replaced and sorted out (downgraded)

Cons:

First room smells cigarette but was transferred to a different room

All in all it was great!
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Having Netflix is a plus especially if you are on staycation mode.

Cons:

There was no soap. Unfortunately, I was not able to bring one as well….

Extremely poor customer service and maintenance. And not just this particular unit, I've stayed in multiple condos and hotel rooms in the santorini tower and I don't think I've stayed in a single unit where everything worked. Something is always broken and neither the condo owners nor the hotel staff seem to care. In the studio deluxe condo in room 1003 I notified the owner that the shower was broken and needed a new shower head. They sent a maintenance guy out who did not bring a shower head. He instead put some epoxy putty on it which failed immediately. He stated he would return the next day and never did. In the same unit because we don't drink coffee and there was very little counter space we put the coffee maker in one of the cabinets. After checking out and leaving my phone for a few hours when I returned home to my phone I had a bunch of messages accusing me of stealing the coffee maker and threats they would report me to the police. They also filed a claim with booked dot com against me. Then later they found the coffee maker yet never canceled the claim with booking dot come. Unbelievable. Luckily I have the texts from them showing they found it. I wish they were as concerned about fixing the shower as they were about the cheap coffee maker....will never come back to that unit.

Very good
Pros:

A good location resturants the mall easy to get a ride.

Cons:

There are no clothes washers on the property, I could not wash cloth. Not enough towels for 2 people.
