Overall experience was ok but would try other property location offers.
Pros:

Location was accessible to SM City Cebu, just across from the property.

Cons:

Cabinets were broken, toilet shelf was sagging, amenities were sparse but acceptable. Bed, pillow covers and sheet were clean but a bit old.

Do not worth the price at all - not clean and bad location

My flight was delayed so I had to book this place last minute. I had a very bad experience there

The place was not clean and the area is not so great, i didn't feel good at all during my stay. Seems not very safe as well.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfy bed
Good tv with apps
Smelled nice
Handy location for a 1 night stay before islands, right by the mall that has everything you need and has taxis available everywhere

Cons:

It’s a bit tired but for the price it’s ok

Pros:

Room was really good, homely and comfortable. Netflix and internet work well. Kitchen and Bathroom amenities are great too. The bed is very soft and slept like a baby!

Cons:

If you want to wait 20 minutes for lifts either working or not and long queues then this complex is for you. If the lifts were functional as expected then it would of been fine. Hopefully they get them fixed.

Nice, good & clean place to stay.
Pros:

Впечатление ужасное, остановка в этом месте встала чёрным пятном в нашем отдыхе. Я советую избегать этого кондоминиума в

Cons:

Хозяин безответственный, решает проблемы методом «давайте вы отмените бронь, а мы вам вернем деньги». Оказалось, что в нашем номере кто-то живет и нам через час дали другой. Сырая пастель, вонь в номере. В шкафчике каламантисы в плесени лежали. Пол в некоторых местах был липкий.
Самым большим разочарованием стало отсутствие воды. Сказали, что сломался насос, который качает воду на верхние этажи. Пришлось спать немытыми, и с не смытым туалетом. То есть в этом многоэтажном здании не было даже общего душа, где можно было бы помыться в таких случаях.

We ordered for 3 person, there were only 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa bed. We had to take clothes from the suitcase to cover with them
