Not too bad for the price , updating of bedsheet and toilet needed.
Pros:

No breakfast staff are all good and accomodating.

Cons:

Bed is squeky sound when moving while sleeping. Bedsheet are all old need to replace.

Even though it was a short stay, the staff are cery accommodating, &always smiling. Customer service atits finest.

Locatie en schoon.

Cons:

Geen lift aanwezig, koffers 2 hoog zelf moeten sjouwen, kamer stonk naar riool, airco boven je hoofd, geen constante temperatuur, veel herrie van de airconditioning, geen echt warm water bij douchen, slappe waterstraal, toilet heel krap, geen koffie of thee faciliteiten.

We will come again because the staff are very nice
Pros:

Microwave didn't heat, they changed it for a good one immediately. Everyone was nice, no one was rude. They should be paid another ₱100 more/day. Hopefully when construction is done you will have new pavement outside/street. Restaurants nearby were good. It was a safe place and the neighbors were nice too.

Cons:

Pool too small. Even with the AC on it was still hot. The water temp dial doesn't turn properly. Can't adjust once you start and the water got way too hot.

Ok especially the price which is commensurate to what is available. The staff are all friendly.
Pros:

Price is ok, it’s a place to sleep and that’s it.

Cons:

Room should have been prepared prior to arrival. There should be food or breakfast(don’t worry there must be a reason why none so i understand) room should be cleaned everyday. By the way, why is there a hood but no cooker?

Cons:

Main problem is with Booking.com rather than Andeos Suites, that said the room was average at best and living/kitchen area very basic, with bed uncomfortable and noisy BUT due to an emergency had to cut short my stay and rush back to Manila, so rather than staying 6 nights, it was just 2nights.
The staff at Andeos said they could not help because Booking.com are the only one that can provide any refund. Messaged Booking.com Customer Service 3 times re refund for only staying one third of the time booked but received zero reply. After using Booking.com for 10+ years I was so, so disappointed.
