Excellent location, clean rooms, much improved internet connection, and very reasonably priced for the Makati area.
Pros:

I have stayed at Makati Suites many times over the past 12 years and every stay has been consistently excellent. The main reason is King who manages the place. He truly goes above and beyond his duties to take care of all his residents. Over the years King has become like a close friend always making me feel welcome and well looked after. His dedication makes every stay a perfect experience. The internet connection has also improved significantly and making stays even more comfortable.

Nothing negative about this place.

أعتقد أنني تعرضت لاحتيال من هذا الفندق، لأنني عندما أتممت كافة خطوات الحجز.. وعند مرحلة الدفع تم الرفض وجاءتني رسالة اعتذار، بحجة أن الغرفة تم حجزها من شخص أخر.. ثم تفاجأت بعد مرور ساعة أن المبلغ قد خصم مني بعد أن حجزت في فندق آخر.. وأظن أن بوكنق قد تواطئ معهم في هذا الاحتيال.. لأنني أبلغتهم بما حدث ولم يتم التحقق

Excellent séjour grâce à King !

L'emplacement est parfait, très pratique avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Le point fort de mon séjour a été King, le responsable, qui s'est montré exceptionnellement serviable. Il m'a aidé à planifier mes visites et a même pris soin de mes valises après l'heure du check-out. C'est une personne de confiance, sur qui vous pouvez vraiment compter.

Cons:

Les meubles sont un peu vieillots, ce qui donne un côté un peu daté à la décoration. J'ai aussi remarqué que l'eau s'évacuait lentement de l'installation sanitaire.
