Pros:

The location is great. It was accessible to where most of my family live, a devoted close to SM & Alsbsng Town Ce ter.

Cons:

No toiletries, found several bugs (roaches) on the first day.

The security and how they checked before entering.

Cons:

Overall, quite good value for money.
Pros:

The location was really good, you just need to cross the street to get to the shopping centre. The room seemed clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The ad said toiletries were included but there was no soap, shampoo or toilet paper.

Great Place!
Pros:

Easy to communicate with the owner.. Really nice and responsive.The location was great.. It was clean and the AC was working well.

Cons:

....When i entered the unit, i had to turn on the exhaust since there was this odd 'ulam/prito' smell. It did go away after i aerated the room. Also, the fridge was generating some weird noise. Sometimes it's too loud, but after you tap the fridge or you reposition it a bit.. It would minimize the noise for a while. Then it would sort of make that whiring sound.I was able to sleep well.. You can only hear it when you're sitting outside the bedroom.
