The location was ok and the facilities were complete.

Cons:

1. The pictures make the place look a lot bigger and appealing than it is in reality. They didn't lie exactly, but we really did a double take to check if we had the right apartment.
2. More seriously, the toilet was clogged, basically slow flushing from the moment we arrived and completely clogged the next morning. I did unclog it myself a couple of times, but that was temporary. My wife used the toilet in the mall next door.
The host was very slow to respond to this and we were basically on our own. That is why our overall score is lower than usual.

Perfect place with all ammneties

Well thought and you have everything and feel at home.Host is friendly and caring. I recommand further

there was a minor issue opening the door it has a specific sequence to digital handle and manual handle I was puzzled for a some time could not entered the property. it will be helpful to make a video for the guest how door opening and closing works.

Great value modern apartment
Pros:

Have stayed here before - superb location. Modern apartment - next door to mall, close to Bureau of Immigration (walking distance) - our go to spot in Davao.

Cons:

Bed is a bit hard for us - but ok

Excellent! Excellent and highly recommended!
Pros:

My wife and I love the place. The owner, Brenda, is very detailed in the accommodation. We even had the opportunity of checking in early which was amazing!

Cons:

I have nothing to dislike the property coz it’s near the airport and walking distance from the mall. Excellent to get the taxi or grab and even the jeepneys!
