Great value modern apartment
Pros:

Have stayed here before - superb location. Modern apartment - next door to mall, close to Bureau of Immigration (walking distance) - our go to spot in Davao.

Cons:

Bed is a bit hard for us - but ok

Perfect place with all ammneties

Well thought and you have everything and feel at home.Host is friendly and caring. I recommand further

Cons:

there was a minor issue opening the door it has a specific sequence to digital handle and manual handle I was puzzled for a some time could not entered the property. it will be helpful to make a video for the guest how door opening and closing works.

Excellent! Excellent and highly recommended!
Pros:

My wife and I love the place. The owner, Brenda, is very detailed in the accommodation. We even had the opportunity of checking in early which was amazing!

Cons:

I have nothing to dislike the property coz it’s near the airport and walking distance from the mall. Excellent to get the taxi or grab and even the jeepneys!

It was a nice stay
Pros:

Love the location/ near abreeza mall.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the toiilet is quiest noisy/ and there is a time that I can smell unnecessary smell like a bad smell from the pipe or sink, I dont know where that from.

Pros:

The room was great with japanese toilet! The owner was very responsive and got me more water when it ran out. She also let me check in earlier. They seemed to empty the garbage areas very frequently. I never saw garbage in there. And I didn't see any bugs anywhere.

Cons:

The building is a bit run down. Flooring was broken in the pool area on the roof.

Superb modern apartment. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Superb apartment next door to mall and close to airport. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished , have already booked another stay. Easy check in and small issues were quickly dealt with. Highly recommended. Big fridge and freezer, washing machine and all the utensils you will need. The water cooler / heater was another great facility.

Cons:

Not that it was a dislike, but don't use toilet paper. It can block up the very modern toilet and bidet set up.

Absolut totul a fost ok ,am putut sa gatim si sa avem bauturi reci pentru ca aveau frigider , terasa ,apa aclada etc ..tot ce ai nevoie .
