Lots of cockroaches, good thing I only stayed 1 night.
Pros:

Unfortunately the only good thing here is the location and the price

Cons:

It’s very cheap and I’m traveling a lot so I know that I have to lower my standard when booking cheaply. However, the place is unfortunately pretty run down and most importantly infested by cockroaches. They were inside the bed, near the bed, on the floor and on the wall. I understand that pest control is an issue in Philippines but this is unacceptable. I don’t want to wake up next to cockroaches. Proper pest control should be the priority here.

Pros:

The host is very responsive any time and very accommodating. The place is 100% clean and comfortable. I am very much happy with their assistance during our stay in their humble abode. Will surely consider this place again and recommend to my other friends and family.

Highly recommended stay!
Pros:

Kind, timely and responsive staffs, Fast wifi, great location , good value for money, clean and tidy room, working appliances, comfy linens and towels, good security , with slippers, smooth check in and check out process, clear room terms and conditions with print out reminders , minimal questions to ask coz most information is available

Cons:

Toilet flush do not work, small but cute mirror, uneasy and too tight door lock , 2nd key not available (you can only lock the door knob when you get out) , no complimentary water/coffee vs other stays from the same building

it was ok
Cons:

1. springs of the bed caused back pain, it was so uncomfy sleeping.
2. the bed sheet and blanket is itchy, seems like there’s something tiny creatures are crawling. wasn’t had a good night’s sleep.
3. Kuya Lando is ok but the staffs of the condo are not nice. security guards at the reception are not approachable also, they do not offer help even when they saw you struggling with ur things esp that I’m pregnant (note: they are on idle) ; the security guard in basement is very helpful and approachable.
