Ich habe am Tag der Anreise im Hotel angerufen, um zu klären, bis wann ein Check-in möglich ist. Die Person am Telefon (vermutlich der Inhaber) war dabei äußerst unfreundlich – das können meine Kollegen bezeugen, da ich das Gespräch auf Lautsprecher geführt habe. Statt mir einfach eine klare Auskunft zu geben, wurde ich abgewiesen mit dem Hinweis, ich solle bei Booking.com nachsehen. Angeblich wäre die Auskunft nur möglich gewesen, wenn ich direkt gebucht hätte – eine völlig unverschämte und kundenfeindliche Aussage. Selbst auf meine erneute Nachfrage hin weigerte man sich, mir eine einfache Information zu geben.
Laut den Angaben bei Booking.com war ein Check-in bis 22:00 Uhr möglich. Ich war bereits um 21:00 Uhr vor Ort – doch das Hotel war komplett verschlossen, niemand war erreichbar oder vor Ort. Ich habe das sogar per Video dokumentiert. Nach 30 Minuten vergeblichem Warten versuchte ich erneut, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen – ohne Erfolg, es ging schlicht niemand ans Telefon.
Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als mir kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu suchen – ein absolut inakzeptabler Zustand! Ob ich die zusätzlichen Kosten jemals erstattet bekomme, ist fraglich.
Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Ein derartiger Umgang mit Gästen ist untragbar. Meiner Meinung nach gehört diese Unterkunft aufgrund dieses Verhaltens und solcher Aussagen (die durch Zeugen bestätigt werden können) aus Booking.com entfernt.
