Pros:

The hotel is at a very beautiful location, perfect for relaxing in the nature. The room was very comfortable and clean and with amazing view. The staff was very helpful and polite, especially the afternoon receptionist. Totally recommend it ☺️☺️

Locația este foarte bună, camerele sunt mari.

Cons:

1. Micul dejun este extrem dar EXTREM de sărăcăcios. Copilul nu a avut ce să mănânce la micul dejun!
2. Restaurantul unde se poate lua micul dejun este FOARTE MIC!! Se mănâncă în serii, ai 35 min sa mănânci!
3. Băile nu arată deloc a hotel de 4 stele …

Sa spunem bine.
Cons:

Am făcut rezervarea pentru 2 persoane și 1 copil 9 ani, pentru apartament, pe site-ul booking fiind un preț iar la recepție a fost alt preț.La setarea pe situl booking am menționat 2 pers și copilul de 9 ani și mic dejun 3 pers.Am vrut sa plătesc dar având pe cardul de vacanta 800 lei și restul pe alt card am cerut plata la recepție.
La recepție am fost taxata in plus ptr copil și mic dejun copil.Nu mi-a convenit atâta timp cât am cerut apartament.Preturile ar trebui sa fie identice atât pe site-ul booking cat și la receptia hotelului.

Everythig was perfect, close to ski slope, the room very warm, balcony amazing, staff super helpful (the guy needs a raise ) 😅

Good hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were truly excellent — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Despite some issues during the stay, their attitude and willingness to help made a very positive impression. Overall, the team is the strongest part of this hotel.

Cons:

Check-in was delayed and we had to wait around two hours, as the room was not fully ready at the scheduled time. There were also some minor issues with room readiness upon arrival.
At check-out, I was asked to return to reception because the payment made earlier was not immediately found in the system, which caused some inconvenience.
Breakfast was quite light and could be improved with more variety.
