نظافه وخدمه سريعه

Cons:

الماء بارد جدا يطلع مويه حاره لمدة 10 دقايق بس وبعدها تصير بارده وانت في نص الشاور تطلع عليك مويه بارد يعني بالبدايه تكون مبسوط وتحسب السخان كويس وبعدها ب10 دقايق تقلب المويه بارده !!!!

Pros:

breakfast not good, i paid 2 rooms but given meal only for 1 room,
we agreed to take 2 rooms under my name but upon explaining it to them they cannot understand, just accepting payment, waste of time to explained my self to them, not accomodating
all request not provided

Cons:

i really have a terrible experience on this hotel
will not recommend at all
we came just to celebrate birthday of my kids. it went disaster, they will not allowed little guest in my room, so they forced me to take another room to allow guest to come in.
So i paid an additional room so they will allow it but to take the VIP room. but the service for additional room is not for VIP treatment.
they have limited to offer, may be for some national or nationality they extend but for some reason was my 3rd visit here but unfornately its not what i expected.
